2024.11.26 04:24 TyrionsShadow FL. I applied and called, left a voicemail twice for the interview. No Call back for weeks. What do I do?
My case manager doesn’t seem to return calls. I’ve tried calling but it goes straight to voicemail. I leave a message and she says she’ll call back in 1-2 business days. I think I might have to reapply. I have no income as I’m between jobs. I desperately need the help. i go to food pantries but they are so limited now due to demand. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

2024.11.26 04:24 Most_Tax_2404 Are there any Chinese brands that are actually decent?
Im living in Ecuador and retired with a pension income from the US. Would like to purchase a car at some point next year and have been looking at a lot of different options.
One option I'm taking a look at is possibly buying a Chinese car. The reasons why are they look good, have all the typical gadgets and toys as a newer car, and they're cheap as my main goal is to purchase something nice with as little financing as possible.
I want something that is nice, something preferably a bit bigger like an SUV or crossover for more space when family comes to visit me, and also something with a smooth ride for longer trips to show the country to them when they come.
I don't drive daily as I don't work, so I don't need something that's a daily driver, and I don't really plan on selling it later down the road.
Thing is, I am absolutely clueless on Chinese brands.
The brands that have caught my eye are Chery, Changan, and Haval as I can buy a relatively newer vehicle if not brand new for under around 20k.
Now my question is are these brands to absolutely stay away from and do not touch?
If so, what would you consider in my situation?

So my current rig runs an AMD Ryzen 9 5900X and an NVIDIA RTX 4090 as well as 64GB DDR4 RAM… Love my system, but I’ve been wanting to upgrade to the AM5 platform, and with Black Friday around the corner, as well as starting a new job with a huge pay raise, was thinking about taking the plunge.. question is.. not sure what CPU (if any?) to go with. I’m eyeballing the Ryzen 7 9800X3D vs Ryzen 9 7950X3D.
What advantages would each have, and potential upgrade value from my 5900X?

Hi, I'm looking for the image of what an iranian battle sword would have looked like from the dhofar war. My grandfather was in the army, and I'd like to get a replica of the sword (or if possible real model) for my father as a christmas gift. So far, I've tried to look, but have come up empty-handed, as I'm absolutely terrible at navigating sword blogs, history sites, etc. My grandfather was a general with the shah's army (please do not take this in any political context of any of my family's beliefs, as it was over 60 yrs ago), and my father wanted to keep his sword after he moved to the U.S., but my step-grandmother couldn't find it, and it's one of his biggest regrets.
