 | I am trying to run a simulation of water being stirred by a drill bit in a cup. I am trying to define the volume of fluid in the volume that I have meshed, but whenever I try to change the volume fraction, absolutely nothing changes. I have the top face defined as a pressure outlet with ratio as 1:0 air to water but the sides defined as walls. In continuum physics I have it defined as the volume ratio I would like but the volume mesh cells are not behaving correctly. Any advice? Dx: dissociative disorder (OSDD or something like it - diagnosed with DID twice), possible psychotic disorder
Rx: Vyvanse 135mg, lurasidone 20mg
I have been in severe decompensation since July - and it’s gotten worse but different because of lowering antipsychotic dose while still on high dose of
I was on an antipsychotic (lurasidone 60mg) that caused a stimulant use disorder; I began to abuse Vyvanse and Dexedrine, got really high doses prescribed, and then filled a ton of older scripts to get way more than I should have (over 200mg for months). I was out of control and couldn’t stop for the life of me and was bedridden and non-functional; it was awful but I couldn’t stop.
Before the lurasidone, I had been taking a low dose of Vyvanse for ten years on and off without any issue nor ever considered taking more than prescribed
I finally tapered down the antipsychotic, and the SUD went away. I’m now tapering down the Vyvanse. However, the high dose of Vyvanse without enough antipsychotic is causing me to severely decompensate in a different way than when I had the SUD issue.
My decompensation has been so bad that I can’t organize anything, lost a sense of time and date, and am struggling to type this as my language ge ability is currently limited as is my muscle control.
My house is a wreck; I have returns over $500 I can’t manage to organize; and I only realized I was 10,000km over my oil change yesterday, when I was driving and my car began to shake - I don’t know if I can manage to get it changed.
I have invisiline (invisible braces) and was supposed to be done it early November; I still have at least six weeks left, because I cannot keep track of when I put the new one on, so I wear the same one for up to like two weeks or more.
I can’t go to a grocery store easily and have been eating whatever I can find in my house - which isn’t much.
I was supposed to apply for a medical leave for school at the end of October. I did not realize it is now almost December and I haven’t applied.
I have a UTI - ignored it for weeks or forgot about it until I was in severe pain. Got the antibiotic ten days ago and I have been unable to take the antibiotic. I tried for two days but forgot to take it for the rest of the day. Then I forgot about it.
I lost the ability to move three days ago (never happened before) and had severe paranoia for three or so days about different things. I’ve been all over the place and it’s getting worse.
My current Vyvanse taper dose (135mg) was for two weeks. When I picked it up, I thought I was told to take one and a half chewable tablets, and two of the actual capsules (60mg each, total of 135mg with tablets).
I did not realize something was wrong with the way I was taking it until I was finished the chewable tablets but still had many capsules left.
I never took more than what I thought I was told. I did not notice the difference in the amounts remaining of the capsules vs the chewable tablets until I was out of the tablets.
I did not understand what had happened. I took three capsules thinking that was a good idea - but I was really unwell after doing this.
It occurred to me to look at the chewable tablet bottle to try to figure out what happened. I then saw that the instructions were to take a half of one tablet - not one and a half.
(But the instructions on the 60mg bottle say “take with chewable (30mg) half tablet,” so it’s possible the verbal instructions I was given were actually incorrect due to slightly confusing wording.)
I thought I’d take two capsules then break open another capsules to take half of it. I don’t know how long I did this for. I did this and also some days just took two capsules.
Today, I called my GP to get supporting documentation for the leave of absence, and I thought to tell him about how I misunderstood the Vyvanse instructions for the chewable tablets.
We are meeting tomorrow for the document, and he asked me to bring the Vyvanse so he can document what happened.
His voice made me think he does not believe it was a mistake on my end - even though he trusted me before this with the Vyvanse and that the SUD was due to the antipsychotic.
How do I explain this to him? I realized after I told him it will seem unbelievable that I did not notice the difference in amounts of capsules vs tablets until I reached end.
I usually seem put together in person as I am good at masking - so the reality of my functioning is never believed.
I got the rx on the 15th and it was for two weeks. I have five 60mg capsules left.
I would not have taken more than prescribed intentionally as it makes me feel even worse - the high dose of the lurasidone is what made the a large amount of stimulant feel somehow needed and okay.
Help with this is appreciated.

Okay so - long story short, I got approved for Jan 2025, but my dumbass did not notice that on the month that I applied, the gov immigration office updated the uni change policy for international students: I need to reapply for a study permit. Okay sure, I can stay another semester in PEI and just vibe with that. However, I already paid my 2500 CAD deposit. My first reply was “hey you can do a deferral”, but first of all, I’d spend a semester just doing nothing (because I cannot do any other studies in that period apparently), and second of all, I can’t stay 150+ days without doing anything as per the law (also I can’t work because my study permit allows me to work while I study).
Here’s my second screwup: I made a typo on my September application. I put my gpa scale as 4.0 instead of 4.3, so my GPA shows up as 4.05/4.0 instead of 4.05/4.3. Genuinely terrified they might reject me based on that, so I sent an email apologizing. But do you guys think that with the deposit I made, I could somehow use that amount to do a deposit payment for my September intake without the deferral issue? I swear my brain is going to explode.
Oh, and if I study on January without the study permit change, I can get deported from Canada.
Sorry about my anxiety ridden post but I was hoping if yall could give me a hand. Would a typo nuke my changes of getting in? Would my admission deposit be transferred? If they ask me to pay again, but tell me that my deposit is kept in my student acc and it would go towards my tuition it would also be a good ending. THIS close to crying I swear I just want to study at Dal I am desperate on my knees and dead 😭😭😭

Choice B - contractual position sa gov (no benefits and allowance, no 13th month, no work no pay, renewable contract every 6 months) - di ko pa napipirmahan pero parang medyo urgent yung position at gusto ata pirmahan ko na this week - if combined yung salary+premium pay, around 3k lang difference sa monthly basic salary ni A - MAS aligned sa course ko and career path na gusto ko pero wala kasing job stability, and no benefits. no hmo pa
both A and B are full onsite for mon-friday, and magkalapit lang din slight ng location.

 | Currently on day 22 of starter. Up until about day 14 I was feeding on a 2:1:1 schedule, then moved to a 1:1:1 schedule until today when I accidentally over poured too much water and then just decided to do a 1:2:2 feeding today and this is what I got, and got super exited seeing such a difference between the 1:1:1 feed and a 1:2:2! Btw this is 12 hours from this fed. Green line was at about the 7 hour mark.
