Any advice, ayokong umalis sa trabaho kasi maganda benefits masaya naman overall sa company. It so happen lang na yung team ko sobrang toxic to the point na napagkakaisahan nako. And now gusto ko ng magresign dahil don. kahit wala pang malilipatan n trabaho kasi dko na dn kaya ugali nila. wala naman opportunity makalipat ng team kasi wala masyadong opening. May pang hihinayang saken na aalis ako dahil maayos naman yung company. tama ba desisyon ko umalis?

2024.11.26 04:16 Slight-Fisherman-824 Is Ey and big 4 slowing down their campus hires?
Unfortunately today I got the email saying I wasn’t going to be getting the offer I interviewed for which was a staff role for next fall once I graduate at EY. I’m definitely bummed out by it because everything seemed like I was going to the get the offer. Recruiter recommended me to the position, I didn’t even apply for it. Interviews went good, both managers were chill and one of them was talking like I already got the job. This seemed like a really good opportunity, especially with how this market is and how tuff the job search has been especially as current college student. It sucks but guess that’s the market today, got to keep going.
Anyways I was talking to an experienced member who does subcontracting for EY and he said pretty much all of big 4 is downsizing so hiring seems to be really low especially at EY. On LinkedIn I don’t see many other college students getting full time offers at EY. At least at the office I interviewed at, the only kids getting offers are for internships.
I also saw EY might push back the grads start dates again for the ones who were supposed to start in Jan 2025.
What do u guys think?

2024.11.26 04:16 thepoints_dontmatter What game is the reason you have a surplus of consumables at the end of a game that you could have used during your playthrough?
I want to say Resident Evil 1 Remake. It forced me to choose my bullets as I felt like I would be low when I needed them the most. Can I dodge this zombie? What if I kill it and it comes back stronger? Sure, I have a shotgun but can I get by without using it. Same for grenade launcher. Do I need to heal, it's barely a scratch, right? I must hold off to mix a green and red herb. Who would waste it as a single or double green mix?

Hey everyone, hope your seasons are going well whether deer or ducks or anything else. I’m hunting my 19mo Golden Retriever this year, trained her myself. She’s steady and loves to retrieve. With colder weather coming in my area, lows at 15 degrees and highs at 35, this will be my first time hunting a dog in cold weather and am looking for some experienced tips as to how to keep her warm. I’ll be carrying a Mr Buddy heater and a microfiber towel. I hunt her out of the MoMarsh invisilab dog blind to cut down her wind exposure and I have her in the Mo Marsh Versa vest. I will say we are weeks out from getting any ice so no concern there. Thanks in advance!

I currently use a Nitecore BP18 as my daily bag and I really love it mainly for 3 reasons: - quick side access to main compartment - lightweight with not much organization - modularity, has Velcro and MOLLE in case I wantbyo attach pouches
I leave an Aer Day sling open inside it as my organization pouch accessible via the side zippers.
I am now traveling on business trips more frequently and want a backpack more suitable to an office environment. Honestly I want a Nitecore BP18 more classy and with a luggage passthrough. Since that for not exist, I'm looking for alternatives:
1) Peak design everyday backpack. Has the side accesses and Velcro organization if needed. Is heavy and expensive. 2) Bellroy Transit Workpack. Black Friday sale and cheapest Shinto my country. Also have side access to main compartment, although have to positions the zippers on the side, so only one side is quickly accessible. And do not have any way of attaching pouches inside or outside the bag. 3) Modern Dayfarer. Really like the appearance and organization. But also do not have ways of fixing pouches in the main compartment and unfortunately do not ship to Argentina. I can get around that, but would cost the price of another bag.
Do you have any other suggestion? Owners of these bags are satisfied with them and believe they are suitable in a business environment? Thanks.
