Problem/goal: Resigning new job due to burnout and I need advice on what to say.
Context: I’ve been at my job for 5 months and I’m already burnt out.
It’s the workload, but it’s also because the environment is toxic. It’s full of: 1. Politics 2. Blame culture 3. No support to get things done, but you’re still held accountable.
Unfortunately, the workload and expectations are not negotiable.
I’m starting to feel unlike myself, and it’s taking a toll on me. I’m someone who enjoys having a lot of ownership, but because of the environment… 1. I don’t speak up anymore because I know I’ll just get reprimanded. 2. I do not care about my tasks or projects at all. I just continue to do my tasks because I don’t want to be scolded for being the blocker. 3. But when I force myself to do the tasks, I feel mad and I just want to cry.
I don’t get full sleep because I wake up with anxiety over the things that could go wrong in a day. Even my therapist said it sounds like staying won’t do me any good.
Advice needed: 1. Should I resign after the holidays since it’s already end of Nov? 2. What do I say? Should I say that the environment is not a fit for me? Should I be honest and say I’m burnt out?
Previous Attempts: Been trying different methods to improve my situation, to no avail.
Communicating and seeking understanding from my bosses are not an option, so I’m really going to resign. Just need help with the above! Thank you.

My stocks have always been heavily invested in big-cap US tech. I also later diversified into Australian shares during the COVID crash. I am now pivoting into Australian investment properties.

So pretty much I’m think about running Deca and test E together test E 400mg and Deca 200mg per week for 8 week. Then cruising on 200mg of test e. I have been on tests e for the last two months at 250mg week. And I have done a long cruised before for a long time on 200-300mg of test e.
Just like peoples thoughts on Deca as it seems to be all over the place. Also I have arimidex and nova for an sides but is there anything else I should take into consideration? Thanks

This is so dumb because I have no shortage of leftover paper grocery bags.. but she yells at me to play with her in them.. so like I’ll scratch the bag and she will fuck up my hand. She will just stick her head in the opening and yell until I do this and she can attack. This is all fun and games until she breaks through the thin bag and ACTUALLY gets my hand. She would never actually do this in normal play, but with it being hidden, I’m just more cautious & I’m thinking about alternatives.
I once got a crinkly blanket sock like thing that was about the size of a hood on a sweatshirt from petco which she was not interested in. Way too small and not the right texture idk. I guess I’m looking for a durable, crinkly bag that could withstand a decent amount of chewing and clawing to protect me (and perhaps my bags) LOL does such thing exist? Ironically, I’ve seen fake paper bags and I’m wondering if those could actually withstand her claws… but maybe not be as fun?
If not, does anyone have any fun and cute cat scratch gloves I should get to continue to humor her but protect my body lmao
I’m rly just looking for fun advice or anecdotes if you have it. I love her so much and she will always have my grocery bags and hands to maul. I just find it absolutely precious that she loves this so much. I’d like to not be mutilated.
