 | Hello everyone! I made a post a few weeks ago about my hardcore Y Nuzlocke and since then... We lost Ponz the Pangoro to a random Dazzling Gleam from an Espeon on Victory Road. Now I know Exploud isn't everyone's top choice for the Elite 4, but I felt like to honor Ponz, he had to make an appearance. And boy did he!!! From using Rest to tank moves from Diantha's Aurorus in order to hold out just enough for Reflect to disappear AND to KO Auroras?!? He showed up in a big way when we needed him most, and a bear parallel as well! Ponz's first KO against a Gym Leader was Grant's Amaura, and Hushpuppy's last KO in the game was against Diantha's Aurorus! Neat huh? 2024.11.26 05:50 meltingfroyo How to not feel like pulling away after being vulnerable with someone?
As an anxious-avoidant, I (23F) have never been comfortable opening up. My walls have always been high and I’m pretty much hyper-independent. But recently, I’m learning to open up especially to people I’m comfortable with.
Whenever I do though, I feel almost detached. It’s like I push them away because I expect them to leave after getting to know me more deeply? How do I deal with that? I’m glad I caught myself now, but it’s happens so simultaneously like I feel as though it’s an auto-pilot reaction.
Anybody else feel the same way?

I'm a fan of CRPGs but have always referred to and religiously followed build on the internet. Problem is that there is not much build variety, or to put it another way, there have been very few builds that I have been excited by. So, how do I learn? Since there are SO MANY options, how do I learn how to make my own build the way I want to? I know its easy to get into a dead end if I choose wrong, so I wanted to learn how to do this. Are there any resources that help with this? or is it just gonna be grinding through all the text?

He has insane anger issues, he is extremely insecure, he created a fake lana deal rey instagram page to stalk her when she broke up with him one time, he got mad at an iHop waitress for being “slow” on a busy night and didn’t tip, and she has allowed herself to be completely consumed by him. I feel like her standards for men just make her look extremely embarrassing and it’s to the point that I just don’t know if I can even be in the friendship anymore. It’s like she’s dragging around an immature man baby that has mommy issues and daddy issues. I thought better of her, but at this point I’ve lost all hope. He gave her std’s in the middle of their relationship and she stayed. I fear we have lost another girl to begging dogged out by her man. Am I in the wrong for “judging” her by removing myself because I feel humiliated to even be associated with her?

2024.11.26 05:50 Fun-Row-510 I don't know why I feel the need to mention this random thought I had when I was watching part 3 again, but I'll mention it.
At one point during my time in being a JoJo fan and was watching Part 3 Stardust Crusaders at Polnareff's fight with Vanilla Ice, I for some reason got a little inkling that Vanilla Ice was probably related to Kars from Part 2. I thought it was a bit silly and stupid that I thought that (and now I still somewhat do), but I looked closer into the similarities between Vanilla Ice and Kars, and was wondering if Vanilla Ice was in some way related to Kars.
The similarities that led me into thinking this was how both Vanilla Ice and Kars had long hair, both of them were vampires (Kars is technically a vampire, but a more advanced vampire if I got this right), and I think they have similar colored eyes? (I don't know if Vanilla Ice's eyes are actually crimson like Kars' eyes, I just used an image that was of a close up of Vanilla Ice's face so I could see his eyes better)
Vanilla Ice was pretty serious, Kars was also pretty serious, they both are calm and composed until they get pissed off by something (ex. Kars lost his composure when he got sent into space by Joseph, and Vanilla Ice lost his when he punched through a fake sand DIO made by Iggy), and they both have some incredible devotion to something. (ex. Kars was dedicated and single-minded in finding the Red Stone of Aja, and Vanilla Ice was dedicated to DIO.)
So with these similarities between the two, I began wondering if Kars and Vanilla Ice were in some way related... At first I believed that maybe Kars used Vanilla Ice's body as a new chance of being on Earth or was reborn as him.. But then again, Kars didn't die when he was thrown into space, he was just turned into a rock. And I don't think he fell back to Earth during Stardust Crusaders, so this couldn't have been true. And even if he did and inhabited Vanilla Ice's body, I don't think he'd become this simp for DIO. He's probably a little too arrogant for that. And then I began wondering if Vanilla Ice was probably Kars' son instead.. But then again, I don't think there was anything hinting at Kars being a father (aside from raising Wamuu and Santana) and I don't think Vanilla Ice could've been alive for THAT long, assuming by his clothes. I guess Vanilla Ice just had always had this strange resemblance to Kars to me.. Maybe this theory is most likely just me overthinking. Afterall, there's not a lot of things that can prove this theory true. It was just an inkling or something.
TLDR; basically, I used to think Vanilla Ice was related to Kars in some way, but let it go after a while because there wasn't that much evidence to prove that true aside from some similarities between the two.

Title: Struggling with Homelessness and Job Searching in Ontario—Need Advice! So, I’m in a really tough spot right now and could use some advice. When I was 18, I got kicked out by my mother when she stopped receiving payments for me as a dependent. I ended up moving to Newfoundland to live with my girlfriend at the time and got a job at Mary Brown’s. Unfortunately, I was let go due to improper training. After that, I worked at Dominion for about five months to save up some money, and then transitioned to McDonald’s for six months. I burned out pretty quickly, and by that point, I had saved around $5,000. After leaving McDonald's, I worked at a pretzel shop for two months. During this time, my relationship with my girlfriend crumbled. She kicked me out due to our incompatibility, so I was essentially homeless for a while, living in my best friend's storage closet. Then, my second girlfriend offered me a chance to move north to Labrador City for a mining job. While I took the opportunity, her behavior changed drastically once I arrived—she became controlling, and although I had some savings left, I felt trapped in that toxic relationship. During this time, I also discovered who my real father was, a man I had never met because my mother kept it from me, likely due to a custody issue. At 19, I reached out to my dad and moved to Ontario. I’ve always been interested in carpentry and wanted to pursue that as a career, but I wasn’t able to find the right opportunities or training. I used my savings to buy a car, hoping to improve my situation, but then the car broke down and I had to scrap it. Now, I’m in Ontario, with no job, empty savings, and no transportation to even get to potential jobs. I’ve been searching for work for almost six months and it feels like I’m in a downward spiral of depression. I also can’t rely on Ontario Works anymore because I’ve moved around too much and have used it before. The job market is tough, and my living situation is dire. I genuinely don’t know what to do next.
