2024.11.26 06:40 StrangerAngel Jagex Will Poll Chivalry Scroll for Pures 20 Times Before They Poll "Do You Think PvP Should Be Opt-In Inside the Wilderness?"
Is anyone else curious what percentage of the player base would actually agree with this sentiment? Seems weird that Jagex will only float an occasional survey about why no one engages with the Wilderness or why they're unhappy with it. Opt in PvP has been suggested for a long time by this sub as a desired solution for some time now. Wonder why they don't just run a poll; it's the one often brought up suggestion they won't even entertain.
In all likeliness, we'll get a Wrathmaw repoll before Jagex even entertains the idea of asking about opt-in PvP. Maybe there's a vocal minority on Reddit that despises the cat and mouse dynamic of the Wilderness, hates degearing for clues, and loathes how the only way for most PKers to have fun is by griefing someone just trying to access gated content. Isn't anyone else curious how many people actually think similarly? If there was a proper poll, and it turned out that most players wanted to keep the dynamic of the Wilderness the same, wouldn't that at least be worth knowing? Why won't Jagex poll it?
It doesn't even have to be committal, just a few simple questions:
*"Many activities in the Wilderness are highly rewarding to balance some of the risk of PvP encounters. Would you want PvP to be opt-in within the Wilderness under any circumstance? The rewards for Wilderness content would have to be scaled down appropriately with the diminished risk. We aren't making any changes at this time, we just want to know if this is a direction we want to explore."
*"If PvP in the Wilderness was opt-in, would the current other PvP options be a suitable substitute?"
*"If PvP in the Wilderness was opt-in, should we still keep the same high rewards on PvP worlds? Players can still attack other players anywhere on a PvP world, including the Wilderness."

I’ve been EP for a while, but recently it seems like the upgrade process is varying.. I often have to change flights within a few days of the itinerary so I’m not sure if that affects it. But things like - waitlist doesn’t show up for a while, I should receive complimentary upgrades 5 days prior but don’t, when waitlisted on a flight way lower on list than expected, etc. from trolling this sub seems like I need to be paying attention to the booking codes more. I was recently diagnosed with PCOS at 22yrs old about a month ago. I’d had symptoms for years but never made the connection. Since learning about this my physician informed me about how I show signs of insulin resistance. I’ve been trying very hard to improve my diet by generally eating lots more fruits, veggies, nuts, granola, protein, and limiting the carbs and sugary drinks. I’ve lost about 5lbs in the process. I’ve never been overweight but since the change in my diet I find myself feeling hungry more frequently. On one hand I feel way less bloated and less acid reflux and generally healthier since changing my diet but when I get hungry I feel so awful. I feel nauseous, lightheaded, and very tired. Even after eating a solid meal I get hungry just 3-4hrs later. When I was eating worse in the past I didn’t ever really get hunger pangs like this. I assume it’s a biproduct of PCOS and insulin resistance, but it sucks a lot. Anyone have any suggestions on how to help curb the hunger? I’m trying to avoid additional medications if I can help it.
