2024.11.26 08:32 ScratchyNeko S282 squealing despite primed lubricator and filled oil cups.

An unexpected problem I encountered. I was preparing to haul diesel and gasoline from OR to GF, HB and CS with my S282 when it started squealing all of a sudden. I checked if every oil cup is topped up and the automatic lubricator primed, and everything was filled up with oil. Also, it still has like 77 oil left. This doesn't make sense to me, how can the drivetrain (and bearings) squeal even if it's lubricated properly?
Should I take it to service or despawn and respawn it again? Thanks in advance.

If you want to help spread the word, please find the source code and easy to follow instructions below. And thank you in advance for your help in this effort.
5 easy steps:

  1. Download and install python: https://www.python.org/about/gettingstarted/
  2. Install praw (the library that lets you talk to the Reddit API), you could read the documentation but serious, just type "pip3 install praw" into your terminal and that's all you need.
  3. Download/copy the source code from here into a file called something like "super_important_reminder.py", modify it per the comments, and save.
  4. Go into the directory with the file, and run the bot with the command: "python3 super_important_reminder.py"
  5. If you want to really prove your worth, use crontab or something else to automate your computer to run that script every day, or every hour, or whatever floats your moat. Or if that's too hard, just run it manually every day, or every hour, or whatever floats your moat.

My mom and dad split up when I was 8. For over a decade I’ve had to deal with that crap. Picking “sides”, feeling disloyal, feeling like I betray one parent if I don’t talk crap about the other, and so much other bullshit. Over ten years. Now, my dad and STEPmom are going through a divorce. I’m an adult so it shouldn’t be so difficult. It just brings up all that shit and I feel like a kid again. I feel actual terror at the thought of my words being used against me by either parent. I feel like I can’t confide with either of them about my feelings because they will just tell the other to prove a point when they argue. I’m sick of feeling like a fucking pawn. I’m sick of feeling like a fucking monster if I don’t completely align myself with one “side”. I’m sick of “SIDES”. The worst part is this second divorce is being handled so immaturely. They’re acting like children. My stepmom is making social media posts like a 14 year old and texting me all psychotically about some dumb situation. Im so sick of this garbage.
