I had a tiny cold sore that I was managing decently, and accidentally ran out of lysine. Immediately after I stopped taking my pills, my cold sore that was stuck in the ‘blister formation’ stage started weeping/scabbing.

2024.11.26 09:00 dyingnwonderland The longest post about the craziest stuff.

This is going to be one very long and very weird post but I'm hoping someone can help. I have been experiencing some of the oddest and most uncomfortable symptoms imaginable. It started getting really bad about 6 to 8 months ago however if I look back in time I think it started maybe four or five years ago originally it started off as me getting these incredibly sharp pains in my foot and then I realized that if I took a magnet to my skin I could pull out tiny little slivers of what could possibly be some type of metal but they vary in size and color and I've had them so bad at times that they even cut my skin open they are not normal splinters and I have not been exposed to any type of fiberglass. For a few years I had MRSA really bad and I was on all kinds of antibiotics and almost died a couple times it was horrible so I thought maybe it was a really bad overgrowth of yeast from all the antibiotics and they seem to improve for a little bit after a course but not for long. Recently about 6 months ago I started noticing when I put on makeup that I had these weird little black seeds that would come directly out of my pores and they weren't blackheads they looked almost like sesame seeds and they were very hard and nothing came out of them if you tried to break them or anything and then at one point it looked as almost like I had a spider in my eyelashes or eyebrows and I could literally see where my eyeliner and eyelash glue and things like that were like seeping into my skin and then my eyelids would sort of stick to the ridge of my brow even after cleaning them with anything and everything imaginable. From head to toe my body has become covered in some kind of film. To the point where I'm a German woman and I normally would have to shave twice a day to have soft legs but that's not the case currently I have huge patches of skin where you can't even see my hair anymore but I can take tweezers and pull them out and they are coated in some type of weird white or clear film I guess. When I get sores of any kind, pimples and ant bites anything, it never heals right, it takes weeks and weeks which I just talked up to Mrsa and staph and being a carrier. My tongue has all of these bumps on it and it almost looks like some type of yeast or fungal infection I have all these weird dark spots on my skin underneath the microscope that look almost like mold. And it got so bad recently that whenever I would shower it would literally feel as if there were thousands of things coming out of my hands and feet and underneath my eyeballs I was using Dr bromer's 18 and one soap and it seemed to get very visceral reaction so I started deworming myself with three different warm medications ivermectin albenzol or however it's spelled and pin worm medicine. Whenever I would walk outside or first get in the shower I would have these weird yellow crumbly looking things that would come out of the bottom of my feet and it would almost feel as if whenever I was outside things were trying to escape from underneath my skin and I sworn on more than one occasion I have seen a moth or something along those lines hatch from underneath my skin.. also everywhere I look everywhere I go on the bottoms of my feet my hands my skin everywhere are these teeny tiny little black squiggly hairs they're everywhere and I seem to be coughing them up as well. I also have very thin white hairs and ridiculously thick white and or clear hairs and all of my facial hair like my eyelashes and eyebrows have started to get a red tint in them and I am not a redhead never had red hair ever. I am itchy all the time for the most part and for a while before I started deworming myself I would wake up in the mornings and my hands and feet would have edema really bad I would be so swollen I could barely hold on to anything since I started deworming the swelling has gone down but now I have all these weird patches of skin that are very loose or just like a random soft bump but when I'm trying to get anything out of them nothing comes out. I have pictures and all attach of these little black dots in my eyeballs and attached to those little black dots most of the time are these clear looking worms they're very long that's what we come out of me in the shower hundreds of them at a time and on top of being a really shitty X-Men with the metal shards coming out of my skin I also would have what looks like salt crystals almost like Epsom salt coming out of my skin at times. Whatever I wash my hair with I can taste in my mouth and it burns in my eyeballs like something is moving from my scalp through my body. I am so tired all the time like ridiculously tired no matter how much sleep I get between the hours of 3:00 and 5:00 p.m. I get so sleepy I can barely keep my eyes open I have a shitty diet and I am like 25 lb 30 lb overweight I have arthritis and everything hurts constantly I don't remember the last time that I had regular bowel movements but I do try to drink water to stay hydrated but my skin constantly looks like I'm dehydrated my fingertips are always wrinkled and if you push on certain parts of my skin it will stay indented it will not stay white but it will stay indented but I have good color response for the most part. I had a ton of really bad teeth and I had them all removed and I'm in the process of getting dentures but since I dewormed myself my dentures don't even fit right anymore it's very weird. Since I started the deworming process I have noticed that things have slowed down considerably but I can still feel things moving around I still have the things coming out of my eyes I feel like I have tiny spiders all over and I have these weird microscopic red tiny bugs that almost pulsate red color and seem to get brighter and darker I know this is all insane I'm just relaying my information. I have gone to five different doctors and the hospital has turned me away several times they dismiss me as crazy and refuse to help I've literally been told we don't have time for this and then sent online merry little way but I am losing my mind and I'm gotten to the place where I really thought that deworming myself would help but I put on makeup for the first time in months today and I could tell that I still have issues because things started coming out of my skin and I was very itchy and it just seemed to exacerbate things more than it had been. I was exposed to a lot of feces and rats for about 2 years of my life and ironically that's kind of win this all started. Whatever it is and it very well could be multiple things response well to Vaseline coconut oil being smothered it makes it come out sometimes I'm covered in black fuzz after a shower and I can tell that whatever this film is over my skin is somehow sucking in buzz and fibers and glitter even because I can scratch my skin and get stuff to come out and pull out threads and yes even glitter and metal and Crystal shards and all kinds of weird stuff I have these weird bumps underneath my eyebrows on my brow ridge and I've had a couple in my hairline but nothing ever really comes out of them and I'm slowly watching my skin being covered in this film and it's covering all of my hair and turning them white and clear and very very thin and then the hair on my head when it does fall off of me it wants to stay attached to me and sometimes behaves as if it's pretending to be hair. It is much much thinner than my natural hair and is reddish tinted and then sometimes it's way thicker than any hair has any right to be but either way it wants to try to stay attached to me and is made all of my nerve endings hypersensitive and so the slightest brush up against my skin by this hair makes me feel like there's something massive crawling on me and it'll just be one single hair if something just slightly brushes up against my arms or legs it feels way bigger and more intense than it should. I know this is a lot to read and I know it all sounds absolutely insane I have not left the United States I live in Florida I haven't been to the ocean in a very long time I currently have chickens but I always wear my shoes when I go outside now and I do my best to try to keep very tidy home and I always wash my hands and I'm not on any kind of crazy medications or anything I have in the past been on hardcore drugs including meth and heroin but I've been sober for 2 years and I am very aware of what the difference is between what I'm feeling now and what it felt like after I've been up for a few days and I was going crazy and tweaking and being stupid. Whatever this is I'm not alone and there are a lot of people who are suffering with the same symptoms I find them all across the internet but there are no real answers as to what is going on or why it's happening to so many of us this is not morgellons although it's possible that I have that and I also have some other type of something that is comorbid. It is literally driving me insane and I don't know how much more of it I can take nobody believes me including my family and friends of which I have very little and most people think that I need to be committed or that I'm on drugs and that is not the case at all this is very real and whatever is happening to me is also happening to a lot of other people and nobody has any answers. And before anyone says please reach out to a doctor I have again to several different ones and my PCP is worthless and told me that I have tinea versa and would not even come close enough to take a look at my skin she's dismissive and rude and works at the health department so it's completely overloaded with clients and doesn't have the time to focus on anything and she recently lost my pap smear and I'm pretty sure lied to me about my blood test results I have gone to three different hospitals and all of them have turned me away and told me to go and see my PCP I've tried to change my PCP a couple of times but Florida is difficult when it comes to finding doctors who take new clients especially ones who are basically insane.
TL;DR: middle-aged newly sober woman is losing her mind and feels things crawling around in her face and everyone thinks she has delusional parasitosis but it is so much more than that. I can't upload pictures here but I have plenty of any one is interested in seeing them.
