Hi,
just wanted to give some info as I've been struggling to go through verification, too.
What I did is I downloaded summary of my self assessment from HMRC website. It shows the date it was downloaded on. I sent it as proof of my business and it was accepted.
In the meantime I phoned HMRC asking for a letter with my UTR and it arrived within 5 days also showing recent date so I believe that would do the trick as well.
I hope this helps someone.

Hello everyone, I was approved by USCIS,qualified by NVC, was happy iam going to see my husband soon after the long process and waiting but the embassy refused the visa in interview (was a misunderstanding on their part about date of marriage certificate!saying theyll return it to uscis (by tracking shows returned to nvc)and ihave been waiting to see my husband since a year!I The decision was incorrect from consular&injustice& I think he's racist!and i live in a warzone and see the death everyday and my husband is American ،and us embassy said will help us citizens and their spouses to departure but they didn't with us!
PLEASE ANY HELP ANY ADVICE What should I do now?wait till uscis to review my case(I read it may take another 1 year and no guarantees..)or you advice me to Reapply I-130 . Me and my husband in a shock and I lost ability to talk for 2 days ... Thank you all.

2024.11.26 10:20 Carefulpayment1 24M here, colon cancer symptoms causing bad mental health problems. Flat stool, increased frequency?
As mentioned in the title, I’m a 24M who for the last year or so has been having ever increasing worries about colon cancer. It’s been starting to do a number on my mental health.
Symptoms: Flat, ribbon like stools and increased frequency (smaller amounts) of bowl movements. I did have one singular instance of red blood on toilet paper 6 months ago but this hasn’t happened since. Farting more often etc…. Sometimes the stool can be difficult to get out and can have a bent shape.
I also seem to have increased mucous in stool, and when travelling in Thailand had an instance of pooping only clear mucous (maybe down to the Thai diet?)
I’m generally not in any pain, some very minor stomach cramps that improves when I “release the pressure”. I should mention I have always suffered from some foods causing stomach cramps so this isn’t hugely worrying for me as a standalone symptom.
Up until a few weeks ago I have been running 40+ miles a week and completed a marathon in better shape than I ever have been fitness wise. Have lost 2kg over 12-18 months but have been hugely increasing exercise regime so it isn’t unexplained.
Im certain I don’t eat enough fibre, and probably don’t drink enough water.
I use nicotine pouches but haven’t smoked or vaped in over 2 years.
I know the advice will be get a colonoscopy and it is certainly something I need to consider. I am not looking for an online diagnosis but I just wanted a discussion with other young people who have had similar symptoms and come out okay the other end!
