I was in a car accident last week (England/London) - my first time so I'm not sure I handled it correctly. I am almost certain the other driver was at fault. A lorry driver stopped and told me to take his name and a photo of his company name on his truck as he said he saw the accident - he said to contact his company to get in touch with him (he couldn't stop properly as the traffic was moving).
I've since contacted his company and left my details, but he has not got back to me. The first time I contacted his company, the person in the phone said, "Hmmm, that would probably have to go through us." The other driver is now claiming I was at fault even though he advised culpability at the time, so getting a statement from the witness would be really helpful.
I didn't contact the police at the time of the accident and am now wondering if I should have. Can I file a police report after the fact? Would that help me to have more leverage to potentially get a witness statement? The witness was driving a commercial lorry and i hoped he might have dashcam footage of the incident as he was behind us, or at least be able to say what he saw.
Any advice gratefully received!

We met in an unlikely place but since then he has shown me such love and tender affection. From the way he held my hand for the first time, to the first “i love yous”. We have such similar value systems, goals in life, outlooks and desires we want and crave in both our lives and our partners. He looks at me like I’m the most beautiful person he’s ever seen and when I catch him looking her just says how lucky he is to have me. Hi everyone,
I'm Jun, a 28 year old pharmacist from Malaysia who works around the East Surrey area (or what the company categorizes as East Surrey anyway).
I'm here seeking experiences which I missed in the past and to gain more experience. Also it would be nice to send memes or to just talk about each others day. I just started a new job that’s more office based than retail, so chatting, venting and sharing gossip would be fun.
I attended an all boys school so I have never really spoken to girls outside of family until I went to a co-ed school. Since then, i've become incredibly shy/nervous/introverted around girls and i've never really had a relationship (which expands beyond friendship) with girls. I've been on a few failed dates, and that's about it. And it took me many years to crack out of my shell (get it) and i feel like i've improved but i'm not 100% sure. My work does require me to speak confidently to everyone and so i've built up confidence from there.
I'm also kind of self conscious or insecure about my body as I'm not the most fit of guys. I tried to go to the gym, but along with a combination of insecurity, not knowing what to do and not wanting to take up equipment which can be more efficiently utilized by others, I ended u not going or going at like 2 am before quitting altogether. So that's something I need to work on.
For my free time, I enjoy gaming with friends, watching video documentaries and either cooking or food tripping with friends. So if there's any places you would like to check out, we can check it out together. Then I have more of an excuse/opportunity to try out more things from the menu. Afterall, there's only so much one person can eat. If you'd like to just watch videos together on discord or play multiplayer games together, i'm also down.
So yeah, that's a short summary of myself. Feel free to ask me anything. I'm an open book.
With regards with what I'm looking for, I'm just here seeking out experiences that I never or rarely experienced meaningfully (albeit most of the stuff I've only seen from movies and tv shows), whether its going out on dates (or just hanging out), making out, cuddling or anything more nsfw.

Hey guys,
I’m fairly new to the professional world and still figuring out what’s appropriate in certain situations.
What do you do when a coworker, especially a newer team member, forgets to do something important or follow up on a task? For instance, I noticed a project that wasn’t completed on time and politely reminded my coworker about the deadline. They’ve asked for help from me before, so I thought I was just offering support, but I got in trouble for stepping in. Would you have left it for the manager to notice instead? I’ve been told that anything that could be seen as impacting someone’s work negatively isn’t allowed, but this feels like micromanaging to me.
Then, a similar situation came up where I noticed a coworker missed an important detail on a task, and I was hesitant to bring it up directly because I was told anything that might hurt someone’s feelings or be seen as me telling them what to do is inappropriate. So, I asked the same manager to address it instead. But I got reprimanded for not handling it myself. It’s confusing because it feels like I can’t win either way.
Honestly, I’m just really confused about what’s okay and what isn’t at this point. Do you understand/have any clearer examples of what’s appropriate in this situation?
