I just recently came from unemployment. So nagmamadali na akong maghanap ng work. And I got a job offer from a university, which I hastily accepted. Sabi ko, okay na kahit anong work. Basta may work.
Take note that I am from Marikina. And this university is in Alabang. I accepted the offer, without even thinking twice. Signed the contract. And I tried renting a bedspace.
Since I came from unemployment, I have limited funds already. I am already in debt. Upon renting, I realized it was expensive. So nag-uwian ako. 4 hrs ang byahe everyday.
Now, an hr recruiter called me. This is from a computer college in Makati. They said they have a vacant position which is urgent. Now, I was really honest to them. Told them that I am already employed.
Sabi ni HR recruiter sakin, if I will consider the vacant position, pwede naman daw ako mag immediate resign sa current company ko. Kaso nakalagay sa contract ko na may bond equivalent 1 month's worth of salary.
Initial interview pa lang naman. But this college is nearer. 1 hour commute lang. So I am considering going through their hiring process. Mas malaki pa offer nila (25k). I think in the long run, 4 hours commute will not be sustainable.
Feeling ko nga, one month lang ang itatagal ko sa kumpanya ko ngayon. Mag AWOL kaya ako?
Please help me. What is the best thing to do? I would really appreciate your tips and answers so thay I'll have multiple perspective.

Partner and I are looking to sell our flat, probably in the new year.
We've had noise issues with a neighbour in the communal garden (police and council were involved).
We're not sure if we have to legally disclose it when it comes to selling? I see in England there's a form where you have to but in Scotland, the Stand Clauses seem to only mention disputes with neighbours over boundaries and land?
We're not sure what to do. Do we have to legally disclose it or if we don't get asked, we don't mention it? If we don't mention it, can the potential new owner sue us for not disclosing it?
We're really worried and would love to get any advice or know if anyone has gone through something similar?
