Hola gente necesito de su ayuda para saber si me corresponde una indemnización ya que trabaje desde el dia 11/08/2023 hasta hoy estando en negro. Mi sueldo limpio aproximado en el mes es de $589,092.39 es aproximado por que cobro por hora $3282,12 x quicena, por dia me descuentan la comida $1770. Mas antiguedad de 1%.
Es una metalurgica, que arranque como lavado y conteo de piezas y en 2 meses por interes de las maquinas me enseñaron a usar los tornos CNC. El problema es que no veia avance de categoria ya que tenia el mismo sueldo que un operario que recien arranca y que no toca CNC. Y mas de uno me puede decir que avance bastante.
En la categoria general de metalurgicos hay 7 y en los tornos son 2. Yo estaba en la segunda categoria general.

I've been posting a lot about moving to the US and from my research it seems like the most straightforward way would be applying for an EB2-NIW Visa during or after studying for a PhD program in the US. From my understanding, a Master's degree is enough to qualify but I don't know how good my chances would be without a PhD. In short, I have a general plan consisting of:
- Complete a BS and MS here in Italy.
- Apply for a PhD program in the US. As of writing this I'm still not sure as to what field I should go for. Right now I'm considering biotech due to good salaries as well as a personal interest in the field, meaning I won't be studying with the sole purpose of immigrating.
- After I've published some research and gotten some citations, apply for an EB2-NIW.
- Alternatively, get into a relationship with and ultimately marry a US citizen (I personally know someone who moved to the US this way).
- What if my field of study doesn't count as "national interest"? (To be fair, this one can be avoided by simply doing some research).
- What if I don't publish much research?
- What if the research I do publish doesn't get a substantial amount of citations?

Hey there,
I did some googling around but to no avail. I downloaded the Steam Deck Shader Cache Killer to get rid of shaders and compat data of games I've finished and would like to get rid of.
The problem is that it lists a lot of games under Unknown, with a random 10 numbers string as ID. I suspect these games are games I installed externally like through the Heroic Launcher and added to Steam as Non-Steam games.
How can I know what games these folders belong to?
