I'm getting text notifications through my phone coming up on my main screen with a big box and chime sound. I would like this to stop! Can anyone point me to the right setting to mute/turn off?
To clarify, this is through direct BT connection between phone and car... this is NOT within the Android Auto app... that one I can manage, and will only show up when I have the AA app open.

But there's one among you who is going to develop childhood cancer and live a short life of misery. There is no amount of happiness you can find in life to justify that child's wretched existence. The easy moral decision in this scenario is to forego life to spare the child.
The upshot of what I'm saying is that if there was a button that ended all life it would probably be the best moral decision to press it.

A raíz de una pregunta que me hicieron en una publicación sobre dieta, surgió el tema del consumo de lácteos.
Doy mí punto de vista al respecto, teniendo siempre en cuenta que no todos los cuerpos reaccionan del mismo modo.
Dejando de lado el tema de tolerancia a la lactosa que pueda tener alguna parte de la población, la leche tiene un tema que puede ser mayor o menor según la persona, y es el siguiente:
El recién nacido necesita completar y fortalecer su sistema inmune al nacer, y eso se consigue durante la lactancia pasando anticuerpos de la madre al hijo a través de la leche materna.
Para lograr esto, la leche materna tiene enzimas que ayudan y favorecen a una permeabilidad intestinal, facilitando el pasaje de esos anticuerpos desde el tracto digestivo hacia la sangre.
Esto está perfecto en un lactante, ya que lo único que consume es leche materna y es completamente segura y compatible para él.
Cuando se deja la lactancia y se comienza a consumir alimentos sólidos, la comida debe ser digerida y descompuesta en su totalidad antes de pasar al torrente sanguíneo en forma de nutrientes.
Entonces el intestino ya no necesita, ni debe, tener esa permeabilidad inicial, porque las moléculas que pasen a la sangre deben llegar completamente metabolizadas.
El uso de lácteos de otros mamíferos, pasada la etapa de lactancia, puede en mayor o menor medida promover esa permeabilidad intestinal, causando inflamación y problemas autoinmunes.
Esto afecta más a algunas personas que a otras, y a algunas sólo las impacta a largo plazo, por acumulación de daño a lo largo de años o décadas.
Yo recomiendo en caso de querer consumir lácteos, hacerlo con fermentados (yogur, kéfir) o quesos.

If I’m going to take 3 days off for bereavement when filling out the bereavement form on One Walmart would I put 8 hours missed or 9 hours missed? I don’t want to put 8 hours and still get a point. Can I just put 9 hours missed and if my people lead/coach say “why did you put 9 hours” can I just say “I didn’t know if putting in 8 hours would result in a point so I put 9 hours.”? Thanks

Support is such an ungrateful role. I used to be a diamond, but lost some matches and now Im a plat.
Thing is... Even though you're giving 12k to 17k of healing and 20 to 30 assists, you cant carry matches as a support. The tank and DPS performance is so much more important, and playing in a above average level as supp has almost no real impact on matches.
The only impact you can really cause as a supp is playing really badly. This is the only sin you can commit as a supp.
Thing is... IMO, if you play as a supp, all you must do is play on a regular level of skill. The rest, luck will decide if you get the tank or DPS who will actually cause the decisive impact on the match.

Our LO will be 3 weeks tomorrow. Starting a few days ago, we noticed that he was getting congested at night only. He is so sleepy, but wakes himself up from his congestion every 30-45 min and as soon as we pick up him up and put him on our chest he immediately tuckers out. We have tried the breathe frida on feet/chest, saline + nose sucker, elevating his bassinet, getting a humidifier for our room, getting an air purifier, raising the temp in our room. Has anyone else experienced this? He doesn’t spit up, isn’t colicky, just congested overnight!
