So I recently started fb training every other day 1-2 sets per targeted muscle (trend hopper I know) But since there are so few sets and the fatigue is minimal, not only do I not get a pump which is a bummer but sacrifices need to be made, I also lost the pumped up look you get for 2-3 days after the session due to no inflammation.
It makes me look much smaller and I'm wondering if it will pay off in the long run.
Also feel free to drop any high frequency advice

What are we to think then, just 10 years later when the church published in the Gospel Topic Essay that Joseph did use the seer stone to translate the Book of Mormon. Were these professors part of the coverup or did they buy into the coverup the church propagated? We know church educators have specifically been told that “some things that are true are not very useful”, and that their mission is more about faith than history, their job is to “tell only that part of the truth that is inspiring and uplifting”. So now according to this new narrative, there was a lack of need for the gold plates and all the “flap and fuss” was not necessary. The essay even states that “some people have balked at this claim,” but that “such aids to facilitate the communication of God’s power and inspiration are consistent with accounts in scripture.” They don’t mention, however, that the church is foremost among those who have balked at this claim. They rationalize that the seer stone was part of the culture of the day and even that Joseph used a seer stone previously to search for buried or lost objects. They don’t include that these lost objects were things like buried treasure or that he never found any. First time poster here. I am working on a larger scale ATTE MOC, based off the 2022 version, which I purchased recently. This will end up being the largest MOC I've ever made, and I have some concerns for how to make it stable. I haven't got much progress yet, but I am running into some problems already. As I was looking around YouTube for videos on stability for MOCs, I really couldn't find much, and I don't know where to look on Reddit or other forums. Any advice or techniques for panels? Any recommendations or whatever you got would be super helpful. My hope is to make it mostly hollow to fit Minifigures. For size reference, the base frame for the 2022 ATTE is 12x30, mine is currently 18x45, at a 1.5 upscale, although I am prepared to make it smaller if I need to. I will add pictures as I get further along.

I read and tried many methods online but still can't seem to get HDR look bettemore vibrant the the SDR. i already have the firmware updated to the latest(i believe M3B107). tried the github color profits but nothing seems to change the color much in HDR.
Can anyone post a guide that actually worked for them please?

Hello everyone After a short circuit My gpu had stopped working. So I've bought another Gpu along with motherboard as it got faulty too. And I've replaced everything except my psu. As I've got it checked in the official service centre and it was working great. Then i plug my newer motherboard and gpu un my older psu and it worked great but only for like two hours. After that my system suddenly showed me blurred video as in the photos. I've changed my psu and it still doesn't show me the same. I've tried both windows and Linux so this isn't any driver issue and its the same in bios too.Gpu fans spins very fast and when i used another gpu it shows screen for some time and then its fans spins fast and nothing shows after that. The images are displayed what they are in the previous frame. Check images I've restarted and my desktop is showing in restart screen. Please tell me if my gpu has gone bad or there's something else. Please check the images.
My current system Ryzen 3 3200G 8 Gb ram Gtx 1060 Have tried these two psu Gigabyte P450B (old one) Cooler master mwe 650 v3 (newer One)
My previous system that got shorted I5 3470 Gt 1030 8gb ram Gigabyte P450B
Another gpu I've tried Gt 710 It works but after some time it's fans spins fast And then no display.
