I have a fair amount of Spearhead armies (2x skaven, 1x stormcast, khorne and seraphon).
So far I only had spearhead games, but I want to start getting a real army (2000 points).
Since Christmas is getting closer I looked for armies that I could see myself fighting bigger battles. And the slaves was my army I felt for.
The question now is, where to start. Since the new battletome is released on 7th, I have the hope, that you could help me here. For current army lists I see a lot of armies having furies, and if I read that right, furies are not in the battletome any longer. So, I can't use the current army lists as a guide, since everything may be open to change.
I know, I could go with the spearhead as a start, but since I already got a few spearhead armies, I wouldn't need to be able to play spearhead with S2D. If I don't use the hero, and don't use some of the units in my army, what is the point of getting spearhead box.
So my question would be, what units should I start with, that are the backbone of every army. Varanguard, bellakor, chaos warriors, chosen, myrmidon (etc).

Bueno quiero saber que opinan de esta situacion, tratare de ser neutral o considerare la parte contraria.
Hace poco mas de un año, conoci a una chica, muy bella, considerada y amable que venia de otra ciudad en busca de nuevas experiencias laboralmente hablando. Salimos a fiestas porque coincidiamos de amigos, y en una de esas fiestas dijo que lo que busca una chica como ella era que el varon sea seguro. Desde alli me platie el objetivo de ser seguro y hasta cierto punto lo logre siendo mas confiable con mis valores y convicciones. Seguiamos saliendo, ya no a fiestas si no a caminatas. Fue muy bonito vivir eso. Hasta que en una fiesta nos quedamos hasta el ultimo y acabamos en su departamento. Paso lo que tenia que pasar y en la mañana le prengunte: ¿que somos tu y yo?, lo cual ella respondio que ella, que ella no habia venido a mi ciudad en busca de una relacion y yo acepte esa respuesta, puesto que no soy de presionar a las personas a menos que lo amerite. Decidi cortar relacion con ella porque yo si buscaba algo. Muy aparte de eso tiempo atras tambien tenia una situacion similar con una persona. Pero a la semana siguiente ella habia salido a una fiesta con sus amigos y me escribio un domingo por la noche diciendo que teniamos planes y que por dejarnos de hablar, esos planes se quedaron en planes. Un pequeño parentesis: es que yo considero al acto sexual como un momento demasiado intimo y de amor, entiendo tambien la otra postura. Un beso o un abrazo no se lo daria a cualquiera ni siquiera de saludo. Pero tambien entiendo que hay personas que demostrativas con las muestras de afecto y esta muy bien. Continuando: despues de que me escribiera yo decidi seguir hablando con ella, salimos otra vez, esta vez al cine y nos quedamos en la sala hasta que no aya nada, inclusive los creditos de la pelicula terminaron, suerte fue agarrar la ultima funcion. Hasta que recien mandaron a personal del cine a revisar a que no huviera nadie, nosotros seguiamos sentados hablando de la pelicula. Pero fue momento de irnos. A la semana saliamos con amigos a una fiesta y otra vez terminamos en su departamento y me dijo que aquella vez en el cine queria que la besara. Entonces yo fui a la yugular y le pregunte otra vez, ¿que somos tu y yo?, yo no esperaba una respuesta satisfactoria en lo absoluto, solo queria irme y llorar porque me habria fallado como persona y a mis valores y convicciones. Pero la respuesta fue: ¿que quieres que seamos? Estaba feliz porque le respondi, ¿novios? Y ella no dijo nada, la cuestion es que en la mañana lo hablamos y me dijo que podiamos intentarlo y le aclare mis sentimientos y que me habia vuelto una persona segura de lo que sentia pero no estaba seguro de lo que ella sentia, dijo que me queria y yo lo tome como una muestra de afecto genuina. Peque de confiado. Estabamos saliendo ya como una pareja de novios o enamorados, ivamos a comer a bailar a tomar algo. Era feliz Otro parentesis: ella en su trabajo tenia bastantes chicos que la pretendian, pero pongamosle nombre a uno de ellos, chico efe xd. Cerramos parentesis. Continuando, un dia el chico efe la invita a salir con unos amigos a un concierto, ella acepto porque el chico le compro la entrada para dicho evento y todo, entonces ella me dijo que su amiga habia comprado esa entrada y yo pense, que vaya a divertirse, le escribia y me decia que el concierto estaba genial y que el chico efe estaba alli. Obviamente un poco contrariado con la situacion yo le dije que no tomara, ella tomo y cuando acabo el concierto cuenta que el chico efe la beso y ella no hizo nada para evitarlo. Me lo conto a los 2 dias despues de dicho evento, yo estaba en su cama y me senti traicionado, pero no reaccione mal solo me levante trate de ser sarcastico preguntando: ¿besa rico? Jajajaja y me fui En la calle estaba destrozado y con el corazon cansado de tanto. Confie y confie. Entonces pasaron un par de dias decidi hablar con ella, se disculpo y yo acepte las disculpas. Habia sobreanalisado las cosas y queria estar con ella todavia, alli me comenta que regresaria a su ciudad por una semana porque tenia que visitar a su familia y hablar con su ex para devolverle algunas cosas y tambien un viaje a un lugar y la habian invitado y todo y dije, ve diviertete y me saludas a tu familia. Pasaron los dias ella se fue de viaje y el ultimo dia antes de que regresara de su viaje, me embriage y le escribi euforicamente Reclamandole que no me escribio ni una sola vez que me queria. Fue tonto e infantil, pero solo yo escribia: te quiero y ella no, cambiaba el tema. Asi ella volvio a mi ciudad pero ya estaba todo arruinado. Queria hablar con ella y no me dejo. Acepte eso y me disculpe profundamente por el comportamiento de haberle reclamado. Desde alli quedamos en que hablariamos y que el tiempo pase. Yo me siento mal porque, bueno siendo objetivos y si ponemos en la balanza, que pesa mas, besarse con alguien que sabes que quiere algo contigo estando en una relacion o reclamarle a alguien un hecho que la otra persona provoco. Aqui dejo de ser neutral, digan ustedes que pesa mas. Bueno el punto que ahora estamos hablando y planeamos un viaje y me dijo, "Talves alli te perdone" , quee!!!?? Que me tiene que perdonar, el hecho de que ella me genero una inseguridad? O el hecho de que ella haya visto a su ex en su ciudad? Que ella se aya besado con otra persona? Eso tiene que perdonarme ella? Ahora noce que hacer, noce si quiero hacer ese viaje, quiero estar con ella, pero este sentimiento esta que me consume, Nadie me pidio perdon cada vez que rompieron mi corazon y ahora se que estoy a tiempo de que lo hagan otra vez. Quiero ser el chico feliz y seguro de lo que siente con sus valores y conviciones. Ahora que soy?

I am the new IT at a very small company. The previous devs had set up a service that populates a google sheet from a form on my website. They created it on their own GC account and now I am recreating what they did. I have only the google sheets API enabled and nothing else. By default the limit is set at the maximum of 300 read/request per minute. It is forcing me to increase quota limit before I can deploy. I am confused because 1. I have never ran a service or deployed anything on this account, 2. the service is already set to the maximum limit, 3. this service will never get even close to reaching this limit. Is there something I am missing here? I can provide more details as needed.

Hi, all. I’d love any advice on whether I’d be a good special education teacher. I originally went to college to teach ESL, but after taking Abnormal Psych, doing an internship at a TBI day center, and working at the Autism Society for a while, I pursued OT instead. I’ve been an OT now for 7 years, mostly working in nursing homes and home health but did outpatient pediatrics in fieldwork. Also did 1 week of fieldwork in the school system and really admired the special education teachers I met.
Anyway, for health reasons (can’t lift people & exercise all day anymore) I am looking to switch gears in my career. Even pediatric OT would likely be too physically demanding with all the manual therapies on patients with hypertonicity and the high-energy sensory and play-based therapies most outpatient clinics emphasize. I know I make more as an OT than I would as a teacher, but with a dual degree in OT and teaching, I could continue to work as an OT per diem and over the summers. I also think this combination of professions would open more doors for me to be involved in community programs that benefit kids and adults with disability, such as teaching life and work skills to teens/young adults.
All in all, the main advice I’m looking for is whether someone with my background would be wise to pursue this career. I’m looking for a job where I am able to make a positive difference in the lives of kids with disabilities. I have autism myself, diagnosed late in life and has greatly affected my perspective. I grew up being told I was stupid, weird, too sensitive, etc. I think I would have done so much better in school if I had more teachers who knew how to identify my strengths and were open minded about neurodiversity.

I've tried to buy the RB20 and SF-24 1:43 at Walmart all morning, only to be shut down each time because "it's not the same item." The RB20 doesn't even come up, and the Ferrari comes up as the 1:24 for $25. None of the employees/managers would give any leeway even after showing them:
a.) another model, same barcode, that scans correctly b.) online listing (which came up when the aisle code was scanned) c.) the model that the Ferrari was showing up as, to show that it was not in fact the same item.
any advice? I don't think I was rude or angry, I made sure I politely obliged with them, but I'm extremely frustrated that they will likely end up back on the shelf for someone else to some complain about later.
