This morning I had an appointment at a hospital pain clinic. The clinic was jammed and many of the people there were cancer patients going through a very difficult time.
These two men who were at opposite ends of the room started talking really loudly to each other. They were practically yelling above the noise of the clinic and it was very disturbing.
I could tell that this loud conversation was bothering some of the people in the room because they kept staring at them and doing things likes shaking their heads.
After it became obvious that they were not going to settle down, I politely asked them if they could lower their voices, and perhaps sit beside each other so they would not have to yell to be heard.
Both men got furious that I mentioned this and started to heckle and insult me.
Was I in the wrong? Should I have not said anything? Or was it appropriate for me to politely ask them to lower their voices?

I’m a month into taxol+carbo with 5 more months of treatment to go. I’ve developed prominent bags under my eyes from lack of sleep, my skin is breaking out horribly, and I’m bald…I feel so ugly looking into the mirror. I’m young and this is the time of my life where I should be thriving, looking good and feeling good!
Physically, the side effects of treatment aren’t even too bad but it’s the mental game that is hard.

We have been living in Florida for five years now. My husband hasn’t seen his parents since we’ve lived here. They are very old, and he is afraid they will pass away before he gets a chance to see them again. My husband is insisting that we can make the drive in two days and only stop once at a hotel. There is also supposed to be a snowstorm soon. He often has moods where he is far too positive about things, and he is also incredibly stubborn. How can I talk some sense into him?

How do you invert a signal using stm32bluepill? I explain myself Better I got to generate 2 pwm signals with a duty cycle of 50% and frequency of 50khz but One has to be inverted from the other because i have to feed them into 2 mosfets that are in half bridge config to pilot a transformer . I tried to set the polarity of One Channel High and the other One low but It doesnt seem to work. The prescaler Is set to 0 and the counter period Is at 1440 (auto preload enable) the duty cycle Is set to 50% by setting the value to compare /2 Doesnt work the signals are identical.. Why?

After 2 failed rounds (1M chemical and 1 failed to implant) I'm wondering if I should move to donor eggs?
How do I know if it's my eggs or his sperm?? My amh is around 0.8. His seman analysis was deemed within range. We didn't do dna fragmentation testing.
Is there any data on how to know exactly??
Ivf 1 - 6 eggs, 1 fertilised, transferred day 3.
Ivf 2 - 8 eggs, 7 fertilized via ICSI, 7 8-10 cell embryos on day 3, 1 good quality blast day 5 and 1 really poor quality blast on day 6.
That's my history. I already have a living child (4yo) and all I know is i want another child. I'm really struggling this week. I don't remember feeling this down after the chemical in round 1.
Please, please advise what I should do next.
