I am working towards buying my first Rolex within next 6 months and wondering if there is any benefit of buying it from Geneva instead of where I live (London)?
I have a trip planned next April through April and can make my way to Geneva while going to Italy if there are any benefits is buying from there or more available stock.

2024.11.26 16:37 Dramatic-Dot7658 I need some advice as I feel like the house was missold to me but I’m not sure.
The house that I rent currently with my friend has been very difficult about fixing the ‘shower’. When we were looking for a house, we found this one, on the online advert (no in person viewings) there was a picture of the bathroom where you couldn’t see the shower fixing. On the advert it is described as a shower above bath. We were frustrated when we first moved to the house (six months ago) as we realised there was only a bath fixing with a shower hose, with very little water pressure in both, and there is no room to stand up in the bath to wash, so you have to sit down to shower, and it takes a while as the water pressure is insufficient, and half the time not even hot. A few months ago, we received an email after we complained saying that what is there cannot be considered a shower, however as above on the advert it said shower above bath. We have asked them to come and fix it, however they have been slow to reply. We have talked to them about leaving the contract early, they responded saying we would have to pay the marketing fee to find a tenant and keep paying rent and bills until they find a new suitable tenant. Our other option is asking for a rent reduction. Do we have a leg to stand on? Any advice would be appreciated thank you. In England btw cheers

Hello! I’ve always gotten facials and used recommended skincare products in the USA where I live but am going to sell Dec 16-20 and want to figure out what best to do with my time and money in regards to skincare.
My main questions are:
- Is there a place I can get a skin analysis and then they will recommend products to buy based on the analysis?
- I am 41, have dry skin, very rarely get any breakouts, but have some wrinkles and some brown and red coloration (mostly light). I do not wear any makeup other than mascara and would like my skin to look more dewy and uniform in color.
