Recently our head coach came to our leadership team of our college frisbee team and brought up some issues. Our team has always been goofy and we poke fun at one another at sometimes but sadly, we have taken a slant in the last year and we have been more heckling of our teammates, and spreading a little bit of negativity. As some of our rookies are showing out and we are going into the spring season soon. I wanted to think of ways to use our goofy fun teasing ways to be more positive and empowering with our language to encourage our teammates to get back on defence or not get to upset at themselves. I am trying to figure out ways to encourage but I may need a couple of ideas to do this? Thoughts?

 | I don't think they need to completely nerf him(as unpopular as this opinion is, It's just that, and opinion) Based on playing the character myself: I think they should make the Cooldown of the jumping longer but make the Cooldown of rotating his bombs shorter Him not having an attack animation delay is pretty fair(since to get one hit point you need to get 3 VERY specific hits in(one with each bomb), however, I think after getting one hit point there should be a delay before being able to get another(meaning after he hits survivors with the 3 specific hits) he has to wait a bit like other hunters to be able to get another 3 Maybe add a type of Cooldown To each if the bombs affects(Ice, Sticky, Fire) in as well For the most part he isn't completely Overpowered as he's a very technical character But these are just my thoughts, what are everyone elses? 2024.11.26 17:40 Weird_Haunting Denied Extra Water?
Still so confused by the interaction I had on my flight with a Flight Attendant about 2 weeks ago.
We were flying with our two kids (3 YO and 6 month old). We obviously had to toss out any water before going through TSA and then went through what we filled up in the terminal while waiting in line to board (they had us line up but then kept saying we were going to board any minute for 30-40 minutes). Which was fine, just noting that there was a long wait where we didn't feel like we could pop out of line to refill our water bottle.
Also worth noting: I'm breastfeeding my 6 month old.
We finally board and get into the air and they start coming around with water. I asked our attendant if I could possibly have a few extra cups of water and she said one cup was "all she could do." Cool cool, totally understand if that's policy? So I tried to explain that I was breastfeeding my baby (sitting on my lap during this conversation) and that my concern about water was that I needed to stay hydrated in order to produce enough milk for her and keep her from getting dehydrated or hungry. (For those who don't know, you have to drink lots of fluids to keep your milk supply up).
Flight attendant got snarky at this point and snapped, "Well then it sounds like you should have brought water."
It was SO mean. Is there some kind of issue with giving passengers more water? I was really trying to be polite about it but I was honestly just worried about my baby on a 4+ hour flight.
