It's really painful but very superficial. Slid out avoiding a crash ahead of me and went down on the boards right in the middle of the turn.
Good few patches of roasted skin the size of currency notes, a handlebar-shaped bruise coming up on my chest and a twisted knee.
Rode a few miles home after and I think it's all fine!
Anyway, respect to velodrome riders. I've had a few sessions and this was my first crash. It's an amazing discipline and it recommend it highly.

I had surgery at age 14 and now age 24. Its really bothering me and hurts to stand on my ankle. my left leg is clearly weaker but the worse part is the my ankle feels out of place.
It feels like my ankle is tilted to the left ( left ankle ) . Even when there is no weight bearing.

Has anyone run into an issue where the heated steering wheel stopped working? I have a 2018 SEL Premium 4motion and the heated steering wheel stopped working. Tried locating a fuse, but non were specific to it. Fuse SC2 seemed most likely, but it's not blown. The manual is useless. Checked some online forums and didn't find a clear answer, either. I'm stumped at the moment. Any tips/help are appreciated!

My wife bought a couple packs of these and i cant seem to find where the ingredients lists are or which ones are cat safe. Anyone have experience using these with cats? I have lists of which essential oils to avoid but still not sure what's actually in the P&J oils!

Hi everyone!
My wife and I are moving to Switzerland, and before transitioning to the local job market, I’d like to continue working for my current employer in Brazil while living there. I’m currently a CLT employee with a stable job, and although the exchange rate to Swiss francs is unfavorable, it makes sense for me to keep working for a Brazilian company, at least for the first year.
I work 100% remotely, so the distance wouldn’t be an issue operationally. However, I want to understand how to make this arrangement legally possible under Brazilian labor laws while ensuring the process is as smooth as possible for my employer. If it becomes too bureaucratic, they might not agree to it.
For instance, I could transition to working as a PJ, and I’m fine with that. I also know that Brazil has tax treaties with Switzerland to avoid double taxation, which could help in this situation.
While I’m already taking care of the necessary bureaucratic steps in Switzerland, I’d like to understand the best legal approach in Brazil. Would it make sense to maintain my fiscal residency in Brazil for this purpose?
I’d really appreciate any guidance or advice!

Hey there, I've been running this Hisuian Hyperoffence team that I picked up from one of Cyberton's videos pretty consistently on Showdown for the last month or two. I really enjoy playing it. I've made a few changes to it. Primarily running Sunny Day and Taunt (instead of Tickle and Light Screen) on Whimsicott and Phantom Force on Dragapult (instead of Dragon Claw). The changes were mainly to deal with Trick Room and Rain teams and that helped a decent amount.
However lately I am running into a lot of Indeedee Trick Room teams which I can't Taunt and are generally bulky enough to live a double up from Whimsicott and partner. That and Dundozo teams just roll me. So wondering what I can do to shore up against those matchups.

I just bought the 9800x3D and was planning on using the same cooler I was using previously (NZXT Kraken 120) for the 11900K Intel.. but after testing yesterday and temps not lowering from 85 C on idle. I contacted NZXT, and they informed me this cooler is not enough for this new CPU. So I am planning on buying a new one. After reading a lot of posts for recommendations I came to these choices.
