2024.11.26 17:14 Either_Ad_8954 Letting Agent or Property Manager recommendations for Overseas Landlords
A friend of mine and her family are considering on finding a new agency to manage their property.
Their property is in Central London.
Turns out their current agency (originally a smaller independent manager who sold off his company to a larger one), has left the property in not so great condition, which is now requiring a lot of repairs.
The agency also has a tendency to send rent 14++ working days late (there are no issues with the tenant, they pay on time but the agency does not). Latest was over a month late.
There have also been issues where they send the wrong amount of rent and sometimes sending the rent to the wrong landlord???
Ideally my friend has a requested for a letting agent or property manager with their own company etc. as she would like to discuss it with the rest of her family
I am aware that these posts tend to be downvoted but, would really appreciate any kind advice or recommendations.

When flushing the toilet the water rises up in the bowl the slowly goes down in :30-1:00min I got a cheap endoscope from Amazon but can barely get it past the first curve without it getting stuck on the toilet itself. I have a chance at getting some fresh meat straight from a farm. I've never had non-aged meat. I wonder what it tastes like. Do you guys age it before you eat it raw? I also sometimes like my steak cooked on the outside thinly and raw on the inside. But I have no idea how this would fare with non-aged meat. Any pointers or advice would be apprecaited!

I'm upgrading from a Lenovo P51 to a Legion Pro 5, and I'm trying to get the battery life figured out on the new laptop. My P51 can give me 8+ hours of life if I'm doing low-resource stuff like coding, reading PDFs, etc. With low brightness, "best power efficiency" power mode, and no high-performance apps running as far as I can tell from task manager, I'm getting about 2-3 hours on the Legion. What can I do to improve further? I know they're two different series and have different main purposes, but surely that's not the best it can do. Thanks!
