Hi all. I have been taking elvanse and amfexa for my ADHD for years. It’s been life changing and I’m grateful beyond for the meds. I struggle with intense anxiety which is worse in the evenings, and my sleep has always been terrible. Sometimes I get 20min of deep sleep (according to smart tracker) and sometimes none. Takes me hours to fall asleep. I’ve got a curaleaf appointment this week, and my intention is to ask for something to take in the evenings to help me chill and sleep, but have read that cura won’t prescribe MC alongside stimulants? Any one have any experience?

Salve a tutti, ero andato su amazon per vedere se Wind and Truth fosse disponibile nella versione Italiana, dato che esce la prossima settimana, tuttavia risulta che non sia ancora disponibile per l’acquisto, tranne la versione Inglese; dopodiché ho controllato sulle prossime uscite di Oscar Draghi e non risulta la presenza del libro neanche lì. Dato che non sono pratico nella ricerca di libri, volevo chiedere anche qui, anche perché seppur i libri di Sanderson non siano difficili da leggere in Inglese, avrei preferito leggere il capitolo conclusivo del primo arco in Italiano

So around 3 months ago I had to travelled through train (double decker)
And my seat number was 88, when I get in the train, there were two ladies seating on the seat 86,87 and that 86 appeared as 88 to me🤡 and I thought she was sitting my seat
So at first I called them twice but they didn't heard me (I was behind them) then I noticed they were using earphones
And then I thought that the only option I have was to give them a shoulder tap💀, and then I gather my full courage and finally shoulder tapped one of them
Then I told them that this is my seat, and then obviously they said that it's their seat, then I showed them my ticket, that see it's 88 here and you are seating on 8.....6??? Then I realised that I fucked up
And then I turned around and saw where my seat 88 was, I get there, said them sorry, but I was so embarrassed because of this I didn't even turned around that side whole time
(Bad english, I know I know)

Female, 27 , 5' 7, mother of one, non smoker, used to drink socially, no family history of colon cancer, family history of gastro problems (varied), no family history of celiac
So here are the symptoms:
-occasional blood on TP (red) - random night time vomiting attacks where my stomach feels like it contracting, usually paired with diahrrea (3x in the past year) - never knowing when I'm going to have diarrhea or a regular BM - severe cramping prior to diahrrea - bathroom urgency - burning diahrrea - occasionally feeling like I can't get "it all out" after diarrhea - indegestion - food feels like it "sits" at the top of my throat - acid spit up / burps - little black spots in my poop but I don't remember eating anything with seeds (really small dots) - head rash at the base of my scalp and behind my ears (not sure if this is related) - more frequent headaches
Let me know what you think! I have an office visit with a GI next year. I have seen them before. I had a stool culture done 2 years ago that showed 0 lactobassilus bacteria in my gut as well as some growth (not disbiotic) of harmful bacteria. This test also showed "few" RBC in the occult blood test and the expected result was "none or rare". The GI said I should be unconcerned with the blood. I've been seen again at my PCP for the blood and she was under the impression it was from hemorrhoids or fissures after I gave birth (I gave birth 1 year ago).
