2024.11.26 17:40 FURIOUSSS_ Struggling in Chem and Math – Need Advice ASAP
Hey everyone,
I’m in grade 12, almost 3 months into the first semester. My courses are Advanced Functions (60%), Chemistry (39%), a spare, and Navigating the Workplace (75%). I’m struggling hard in Chem and Math because I procrastinate too much and don’t study or review properly.
Chem: Failed all 3 tests so far, and the next one (Rates of Reactions) is on Dec 3. My teacher emailed my parents, but I haven’t gone to office hours.
Math: Failed a midterm and a test. My teacher suggested reviewing grade 11 Functions, but I’ve been inconsistent. Next test is on Trigonometry on Nov 29.
I’m organized in class, I pay attention, and I even participate sometimes, but I just can’t stay consistent outside of class.
What can I do to turn things around? Should I consider dropping Chem since I’m failing or retake it later? Any advice would really help!.

I’m a huge RA fan, but when is he coming back? Feels really weird that he is going on TR’s show, is all over social media, wanted to barstool survivor, and he’s not back on the pod yet. Seems like something is off here.
I have really enjoyed Whit and Biz leading the charge. RA can just help direct traffic and I do miss Whit’s blows at RA.

Anyone know about updating the transmission software? I have a 2009 g37x and it’s auto but the transmission is very laggy in Drive and Drive sport mode, i only get quickness if i put it in manual mode otherwise the transmission tries it’s hardest to run to high gears and if i lane switch and try to speed up doing so the mf hangs for like 3seconds and then takes off, and thats with vdc off so im sure it’s not slip, Ive been reading online and heard there’s a transmission update that fixes this but there is just one problem, there’s no infiniti dealer where i live. Can i update this shi myself? i swear my 2004 350z was faster on downshifts💀💀

"Okarun is either an alien or a time traveler." This is debunked for three reasons:
- There is no evidence to support these claims, other than fan conjecture. Same goes for the theory that he is a tulpa.
- If he was either of these things, the author would have given some clue.
- If he was an alien, Serpo/Mr. Lobster would have recognized him as such. If he was a time traveler, he would have been able to anticipate events. Which he hasn't been, he lost his balls and was mortally wounded by aliens. Therefore, he has no knowledge of the future.
"Okarun is a tulpa"
- Okarun was able to turn into a ghost, which he couldn't do if he was a tulpa.
- He was immediately detected by Reiko/Turbo Granny in that ghost state. So they would know right away that he's not human, in case he was a tulpa.
- He has had adventures independent of Momo with other characters, such as with Aira in the "Synphonia" arc.
- Momo awakened her powers after meeting Okarun and he already existed.

When Reiko asked him if she could take care of Diana at home, he said that she would not be allowed to, proving that he has relatives at home who care for him and that he is not a simple orphan.
So what is Okarun's story? I think it's that of a lonely, geeky boy who has developed a taste for aliens and wants to find a friend. He's not an orphan; he lives with relatives who are either quite strict or have a lot of work. The reason they let him go out so much and don't mind his absence is probably because he was very lonely at home, and they're happy that their boy goes out more now.People try their best to find a shady past where there isn't one. Okarun is a boy with a lonely life who is getting out of that hole thanks to the love of his life, Momo Ayase.
