just started WOTR as a fox boy cavlier (Because i tend to play more classical rpg classes (sword/board, mage, archer) and thought lance wielding badass fox riding a sabertooth tiger could be some fun).
i just got past the mongrel village under the city, and took a boat to the maze.
I'm mostly asking for advice for a complete beginner. i don't really know what's important to focus on in a build. what's fine to ignore. advice for managing my party. how to handle things as the world opens up to me. i guess i just don't know how beginner friendly the game is going to be given the sheer number of menus i went through in the character creator.
i'm also not opposed to starting over if you think that my build is going to suck to play.
any advice is appreciated!! thanks!

As people well known fort is most monsters highest save. I'm playing a toxicologiest. Ito get past the fortitude conundrum i've taken curse maelstrom architype and blowgun poisoner.
If the dice gods are gracious, my target has a negative 2 to fort and get a lower result if I crit them.
What are other ways you will deal with fort saves for a fort focus build?

Guerilla but I'm not sure because the only thing I could find about them is that they are bigger and have different pattern.. If anyone have any information about Hapalopus sp. The twin sits on my desk, the x8p will be in the middle of the studio. About 15 feet away from the desk. I will need then 2 long Thunderbolt cables, 1 from x8p to my computer and 1 from x8p to the twin? Any recommendations for these cables? Since my monitors are near my desk, can I still use the monitor outs on the twin for them or will I have to get longer trs cables for my monitors from the x8p? Either way the twin will still control the monitors? Planning to still use he headphone out on the twin for my own monitoring and headphone mixing. I’ve been under a lot of stress lately and haven’t been sleeping well. Today, feeling a bit overwhelmed and anxious about my surroundings, I decided to head upstairs to spend some quiet time alone. As I was walking on the terrace, something utterly bizarre happened.
I saw the shadow of a man. He appeared to jump off the edge of the terrace of the second floor (I was on 3rd looking downstairs)—but then, he vanished into thin air. He was wearing a sweater with two stripes along the bottom and what looked like pants. The whole thing felt so real that I froze for a moment, terrified. But somehow, I mustered enough courage to stay and look around, hoping to find some explanation.
There was nothing. No one was there. It was as if he had never existed. Still unsettled, I checked the security camera footage of the terrace—and there was absolutely no trace of it happening. Nothing. It was as if I had imagined it entirely.
The strangest part is that I wasn’t even looking for anything or expecting to see someone. I was just walking, minding my own business, in that footage. When I told my friend about it, she was more terrified than I was 💀
As for me, I’m not sure what to feel. I’m not scared, but my skin has been numb and tingling for the past thirty minutes. What just happened? Was it due to my stress? But if I was hallucinating why I didn’t caught myself at least into action of looking for someone?
