2024.11.26 18:40 Aggravating-Lab9745 Mold on my kitchen stools
I made a side table more of a storage space for our printer, router, modem, etc. No one has been sitting on the stools there since I put that stuff up there. Pulled them out today to do some preholiday cleaning... found mold on them. Would you feel that cleaning them with vinegar is adequate? I am surprised by this find... sad to know the spores have been getting blown around. It was right near the forced air vent. Makes me worry it came from the vent... :( Thoughts? I don't know a lot about mold.

Anyone have trouble with blue cross/blue shield? I’m in California and they’re saying my company needs to be 51% physician owned (not just physician oversight). Medi-cal, IEHP, Optum are all no problem.
Also, I don’t want to step on anyone’s toes but what have you found to be the most effective means of advertising your practice?

Hello everyone.
I was playing the game this morning just fine, doing drone hacks while at home connected to my wifi. Turned on mobile data, got outside, opened Ingress and bam! "Ingress required a secure login". What? Went inside, connected to the wifi, same error. Already restarted phone, re-installed Ingress, dunno what more I can do. There was no system update or anything like that, just changed the way I was connected to the Internet. Any ideas?

Some advice please?
One of my closest friends (f22) recently passed her driving test last month after years of saying she would never drive. The day after she passed, she got into a pretty terrible car accident on her way home from work (not her fault) which has understandably crushed her confidence and has spiked her anxiety to next level. It was her first car and took her a while to even get the confidence to buy another.
She recently got a new job which she has to commute using her new car, commute time around an hour. She does it, but only because she really has to. This accident has caused her so much anxiety, she is always down and negative. Even if she doesn’t have to drive somewhere she is constantly thinking about the next time she has to drive and it has caused her to be so pessimistic and her outlook on life has done a complete 180.
I love her to bits and I really want her to get some help. I know she can only help herself, but as her friend I can’t stand to watch her crumble and fall apart. Her current anxiety most definitely stems from this car accident, but it’s been almost 2 months now and I feel like her anxiety is eating away at her and I really don’t want her to become depressed. She is currently on medication for anxiety but she says it doesn’t work. She literally gets chest pains when she’s anxious or feeling down and has frequent break downs. I advised her to look into therapy and she is very open to this. Is there anything she can do? Can you suggest a route for her to take therapy-wise? I know therapy can be expensive, if there is an alternative less expensive route? She has done Health In Mind free therapy before. Please do let me know.
I just want her to feel better.

PLEASE HELP!!! So im an international applicant to british universities and i took a gap year. However during my gap year I was enrolled in a distance education course at a uni in my country but the semester hadn't started and I've never attended any classes, taken exams etc. If I don't mention this on my UCAS application can the universities find this out?

I've worn the torrentshell 3l for a good while now. Love the fit. I wear hoodies under jackets mostly. I'm not into proper base, mid and outer layering...I just throw stuff on, mainly cotton. I wondered if there's a coat/jacket like the 3L but a bit insulated. Not thick or bulky, still a shell type just a bit warmer...still to layer under. Ideally something that will work with jeans or joggers. I'm in the UK.
