A short I'm writing involves a rear end fender bender at a 4way stop sign.
I want to actually film the impact from outside the cars. However, this comes with obvious complications. Safety, car damage, and safety haha.
Alternatively, I could film the impact from inside car 1, and then show the damage aftermath. This is safer but perhaps less exciting.
Curious how I could safely get a shot of the impact or just make the interior shot work with sound and debris etc.

Hi! I recently moved here and am working on some home renovations. The duct work underneath the house is messed up and too expensive to fix. The HVAC guy I had come out (Total Air Solutions, highly recommend) suggested installing a wall mount propane heater to connect to the propane tank we already have on the property. I called the gas company and they are not able to run the line. I have called a few plumbers, but haven’t had any luck. I filled out an online request for gas monkey, but haven’t heard back. I was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction to get this figured out before it gets too cold. Thanks!

2024.11.26 18:40 tejanonuevo Problem with Crown
I am unhappy with my crown and I wanted to know if I’m being unreasonable or the dentist is somewhat at fault. I went in for a checkup after a 5 year gap so I knew I would need some work done but I did not currently have any actual issues, no pain or sensitive spots. The Dentists recommendation was 9 fillings and 2 crowns. I wanted everything done ASAP so we scheduled half of the mouth first visit and other half the second visit.
First visit is 2 fillings and one crown (#15 second molar, wisdom teeth are removed). After they drill down my tooth they tell me there’s a temp crown going on and the permanent crown will be “3D printed”, and I would have to come back in 5 days to get the permanent one. Didn’t realize it was a 2 appointment job because no one told me but fine. Then they put the temporary crown in, it is super high and uncomfortable but the hygienist says she cant make it any thinner or else it will be too brittle.
Long story short, it doesn’t take 5 days to get the perminant crown, it takes almost 3 weeks. I broke through 3 temporary crowns and each time she would make it thick so it was very uncomfortable in my mouth. The 4th temp crown I get put in it’s a different hygienist and she actually has the dentist drill down into the temp crown so that it fits my bite, this was much better, but then it cracked later that night.
All of this was annoying but yesterday it was finally time to get the permanent crown put in, and I just wanted it to fit correctly and be done with it. Of course they put it in and it’s super high. The dentist drills on it for about 1 hour, keeps asking me if it feels better and I’m like “no” and it’s like she’s frustrated with me and I have to keep biting on that blue tape thing, drilling and biting over and over for an hour. At one point she tells me she’s going to drill down one of the fillings she did before, I’m assuming to drill down the opposing tooth? I was worried because I had zero novocaine but I trusted she knew what she was doing. But after a little while as she’s drilling she hits something that makes me jump, I am kind of a wuss when it comes to that but I’ve never had a dentist drill on me without numbing me. It seemed odd.
Eventually she explains to me “the problem is you have a tight bite and if I had made your tooth any shorter you would have needed a root canal and I didn’t want you to have to do that”, this statement would have been very helpful at the beginning of the process but this was the first time it was explained to me so I had no idea why this wasn’t going well. She then tells me that they are getting into the 2nd layer of the crown and that she doesn’t see anything on the blue tape. She also puts some sort of sealant on the crown because there was something that need to be filled?
Anyway I wake up this morning. My teeth and jaw hurt around the crown and my bite is still not right. I honestly don’t want to go back to the dentist. But they called me and asked me if everything was alright and I told them no. They wanted me to come back in this afternoon so she could “keep adjusting the crown” but how could she not get it right after adjusting it for over an hour? Am I being unreasonable?
