120k miles.
Helping my friend replace the tensioner in his Elantra. i have watched instructions, replacing the tensioner and resetting the timing is fine, we're replacing the water pump and timing cover gasket. What else do I need to be aware of? Are there single use bolts? Anything else that should be replaced for this process?

2024.11.26 20:00 Corgiman69420 Is WizzAir worth it flying from Albania
Hello all!
Thinking about using WizzAir to visit some other EU countries while staying in Tirana.
Wondering about people's experiences since Albania will have fewer consumer protections being outside of the EU.
Have you had reliable service flying from Tirana to other EU destinations?

2024.11.26 20:00 Lolidawn Canadian & U.S. Citizen Marriage Process
I (Female) U.S. Citizen and my boyfriend (Male) Canadian want to get married sometime next year (2026). We have been dating for over a year, but have known each other for slightly longer.
There are two ways to start: 1. Marriage 2. Common Law (living together for at least one year)
We want to start with marriage. Where do we go from here?
To my knowledge we can do either of these two 1. Inland spousal sponsorship 2. Outland spousal sponsorship Question: what are the differences? I’ve looked them up but I get different answers
The goal for us is for him to stay with me in the U.S. + Live together WHILE everything is processing. As well as him being able to go back to Canada for family visits during the process. But if he is unable to come and go as he pleases, then the main non-negotiable for us would be him living with me in the U.S.
(we are new to this process, explain with details and meaning of new information, thank you! <3)

2024.11.26 20:00 minemateinnovation A Beginner's Guide to Key Forex Trading Terms
If you’re new to Forex trading, it can be confusing to learn all the terms. Start by understanding some basics. Cryptocurrency refers to digital currencies like Bitcoin and Ethereum, which are important in Forex. Altcoins are any other cryptocurrencies besides Bitcoin and can offer unique benefits. The exchange is where you buy and sell currencies. Leverage lets you trade larger amounts of money with a smaller investment, which can help increase your profits. Finally, knowing the difference between bid (the highest price a buyer will pay) and ask (the lowest price a seller will accept) is essential for making smart trades. Learning these key terms will help you feel more confident as you start trading.

2024.11.26 20:00 SavStinn Accommodations Help
I was recently diagnosed with PsA and I’m an intern in a Forensic Clinical Psychology program (my last year of my Psy.D). My program is very supportive and wanting to help me in this transition. I’m having more issues with a specific supervisor but that’s besides the point. I have an appointment coming up with my dermatologists in January (I don’t have a rheumatologist because I only live here a year and the wait was longer to try and get one temporarily). I’m still trying to work through the diagnosis mentally. It’s believed I’ve had it for many years and in my head that means nothing should change. However, the whole point of this process was so that things would change. I’m feeling lost on what “reasonable” accommodations are because that above supervisor has said before “you were doing all these things before without anyone knowing you were struggling.” So I’m worried if it’s too much, I might get unspoken push back. My pain is in my knees, wrists/hands, and back. I wanted to go to my doctor with a list of things that might work or have tried for a letter to my school / employer. I use a heating blanket / pad. I just got a new mouse pad at home to try out but I like so far (I’m a forensic assessment focused person so a lot of typing reports and reading records). I’m going to look into something to rest on when I type and for a standing desk to be able to do whatever my knees feel like they need that day (sitting or standing). Is there any other things I should try that have worked for you or made a huge difference in quality of life at work (and personal)? I want to take the next month to try things out and see what I can find. Sorry for the novel, it’s just hard to figure this out at 26 in a really weird situation (intern so school and work at the same time? Weird). I do my fourth Humira shot this weekend. It’s helped the psoriasis a lot but not much difference in PsA but I was told that would take longer to see.
