I'm having issues wirh PoseMod's advanced edit, characters no longer move even if I uncheck the edit mode box, & the advanced menu itself will not go away regardless if I press ESC, F10, or even go to the main menu. What's going on?

Hello everyone. I did not know what else to do, since literally nobody seems to believe me, so I came here to vent. I have been crying nonstop.
The incident that happened today left me feeling really shaken. I have to start from the beginning to give some context. I have a best friend since childhood, Renée (17). Renée had a huge crush on this boy, Daniel (18), since middle school, and we always rooted for her from the sidelines but she never had to courage to approach him. Finally, last week, Daniel approached her and confessed that he liked her, then gave her the invitation to his birthday party and asked if she would attend it not as a guest but as his girlfriend. Renée was over the moon, literally on cloud nine. She obviously accepted. We all received the invitations to his birthday and we were so happy for Renée. Me and Renée went gift shopping together and she meticulously picked a gift for Daniel.
Then comes the very thing I have been crying over. Her dress. Renée had liked this pretty, frilly lilac dress for months now, but it was super expensive (close to 500 dollars) and she had been saving like crazy for this dress. Now that she was to attend Daniel’s birthday party as his girlfriend, she had the perfect excuse to finally buy this dress. And she did. It looked perfect on her, she literally looked like a fairy, but just needed a few tiny adjustments so she went to the tailor’s shop in our neighborhood yesterday to have it fixed. Today she was supposed to pick her dress up, but her aunt unexpectedly went into labor last night and they were going to the hospital to see her and the baby. Renée asked me if I could pick her dress up from the tailor and drop it off at their house for her. I said sure, because why not? The tailor was just a few blocks away from our house. Apparently her younger sister Sarah (12) was sick so she couldn’t go to the hospital and was home.
I opted to just walk there, because Renée’s house was close to ours too. I picked the dress up, packaged nicely in a plastic cover with a zipper (I’m sure ya’ll know what I mean). I walked to their house and ringed the door. Sarah opened the door. She indeed looked pale and tired, but it didn’t seem like she had caught a cold. She invited me in and I thanked her, going upstairs and putting the dress on Renée’s bed, making sure the delivery of my expensive cargo was done properly. Satisfied, I went back downstairs and seeing Sarah there, asked if she needed anything because nobody was home. She assured me that it was nothing and that she had just gotten her very first period. I advised her to take some ibuprofen and then left.
I was in a good mood. After I reached home, I texted Renée that her dress was in her room and told her to send me a picture of the baby if her aunt gave permission. Then I closed my phone and went about doing my business. An hour later, my phone started blowing up. I was in the bathroom so I came out to see hundred texts or something and 5 missed calls from Renée. My heart dropped and my mind went to the worst possible scenario. I thought something bad had happened to her aunt or her newborn cousin. I didn’t check the texts and just called her. The first thing she said after picking up while absolutely wailing was how could I do this to her. I was so damn confused. I kept asking what she meant, and she said “Of course I mean the huge brown stain on my dress!”
What stain?? I was flabbergasted. She kept crying and telling how she would’ve expected this from anyone but me. Then she hung up. Just at that moment, my mom came into my room, angry and talking on the phone, hurriedly reassuring that she would compensate the dress. She then hung up and turned to me, livid. She held up her phone, showing me a picture of the dress Renée’s mom had sent her, and there indeed was a huge brown splatter on the skirt of the dress, like someone had splashed something on it. She demanded to know how and why there was a stain on Renée’s super expensive dress, a dress that was entrusted to me. I kept telling her it wasn’t my fault and that I didn’t know how that stain got there, I literally received the dress in a plastic cover!!! But my mom didn’t believe me and after yelling some more hurtful things, left my room.
I have been crying since. Daniel’s birthday is this Wednesday, only two days left. I don’t know what to do. I don’t want to lose Renée over a thing that wasn’t even my doing! I don’t even know what the stain is, I don’t know how to remove it!

My roommates have for years DESTROYED pans including the copper ones they got off QVC. Those RIP quickly. Now I had an idea, because I have had some granite coated ones which surprisingly lived long enough. What makes my hesitance is some of them are stated to wait before cooling before cooking, and to to stack them without a cloth between. I need something non stick idiot proof. And why em I paying for them? Black friday sales, happy holidays. Personally I have my caste iron set only i use, BUT this makes Christmas shopping easier.

I realized that recently ALL of my cox emails (including ones that no one else know about and I never use except as a relay on craigs list) are loaded with spam. And I realized that Yahoo must have sold my information - googled it and found out it is true.
So, if you had cox for email when they switched to Yahoo - you need to log in to Yahoo and change this setting.
Under privacy controls / sale and sharing of personal information - it defaults to YES.

How can I get the lines I draw on one chart to also show if I select the symbol to show in a diff tab/screen? I would like to be able to see the horizontal line I chart no matter the symbols position on the screen. Example this ATH line.
Right now it will only show in the tab/screen location it was orig plotted in.

2024.11.26 19:50 Pleasant-Discussion Elgarnan Power Scaling/Lore/Storytelling
Alright so I have an issue with the finale of the game that I hope someone can explain lore wise. Obviously SPOILERS in this entire topic. Throughout the entire game we mostly battle Ghil and receive foreshadowing about how much more vastly unstoppable El is, a god among gods.
In addition to just hearing that from characters including Solas there are concrete teases: 1. Early codexes hint at his solar nuke power. 2. One of Solas’ battle memories in the crossroads appears to end with a victory before everyone is Elgarnuked. 3. His first impression/appearance is to TimeStop all of the allied armies and companions that had defeated Ghil. Everyone then talks about how even the Ghil defeating armies and companions were hopeless once he showed up and they were lucky he decided to leave. 4. This luck happens again when Ghil is killed, as he is driven off by the daggefade energy cracking his own dagger, he then does the Elgarnuke on that island. (I got the impression he didn’t finish the ritual and therefore his dagger is incomplete, also why a month later the world and its allies are still standing instead of immediately apocalypsed by the full blight they planned to unleash.)
So, with all that in mind. I figured the special story strategies and choices would revolve around how to combat him at all, as he appears to be unbeatable. Instead, it seemed it was all about clearing the way to him so Rook could beat him up like any other boss fight (as long as his Archdemon was taken care of.) I really expected the Archdemon to be taken care of first so that Solas could maybe use his powers to counter the time stop or elgarnuke so THEN Solas and the Team could battle El together. Yet rook simply just beats him up like any other boss and he never uses any of his established god spells. Is this because his final form is so blighted and disfigured that he’s actually drastically weaker? I would accept this but I didn’t see it explained.
Even the “fight solas” ending would powerscale Solas way above Elgarnan if it takes many companions just to avoid insta death and cut him at all where Rook and 2 others defeated Elgarnan trading blow for blow.
So, in summary, I still loved the game, but after hearing everyone rave about the final act I came away very puzzled and disappointed in the lore/storytelling here, but perhaps I missed something. So please any explanations or theories are very welcome.

2024.11.26 19:50 BuildsByBenjamin Texts Not Auto-resending as SMS/MMS on New Galaxy S24+
I've had an S24+ for about four weeks now, and it's been frustrating with texting in the Google Messages app. I've recently toggled on "Automatically resend as text (SMS/MMS)--Switch from RCS chats if a message can't send" because that sounds logical--I won't always be online (wifi or data).
Except it won't auto resend. It'll just stay in limbo, and by then I've already put my phone down to wait for a reply. If I go back to the texts I'll see the note that it didn't send and I can try again without RCS. Wasn't that the whole point of allowing SMS?!?! For it to realize it isn't sending and just send it anyway through normal phone means instead of the internet?
Looking for suggestions on fixing the settings. (I've already restarted my phone, which triggered a text to send anyway. Then I got on wifi and immediately got a text from a friend. This has been a common occurrence. I get online and suddenly get a few messages that were just waiting to be allowed to travel over wifi instead of the phone network.)

Gone past the first point of the game in Norway and Leyla is about to re-enter the animus for the voyage to England. Unfortunately, the game crashes and shuts down at this point and won't go further. I've tried repairing the database and reinstalling the game. Any ideas how to fix this problem?

Flying into Tokyo in Mid December and leave just before new years. Planning on visiting Hokkaido, Kyoto, and spending Christmas in Tokyo. Just wanted to know some good places to book with decent views. I would like to visit and Onsen but I have many tattoos, any good recommendations for a private one? What's the best way to travel from Kyoto to Hokkaido, should I use local trains/ shinkansen? Or would a local flight be better? I plan to use the shinkansen to go back to Tokyo.
