I have the flint 2 and still at version 5.8 of the firmware. I have custom firewall rules that I use IP tables for. I am thinking about upgrading to the latest 4.6 version but wondering if the 4.6 version now uses FW4 where NP tables are required? Can anybody answer this question?

Haven’t finished the show yet (S3) and maybe this is net-picky/nerdy but how does night and day work in a dimension with no stars? In the Hugo winning (also on Netflix) 3-Body Problem, some aliens actually hide their world to side-step galactic war, not an unsound strategy, but they also have to cage in their suns. Even if we just say cuz-magic, it’s hard to imagine night and day just happening without any markers. How do they tell time?

I saw Walmart at bakery department. They shut all light down and it's connected to meats and hot food department. It's all closed for now.
I saw 6 police officers and fireman and ambulance took one of Walmart staff to hospital. They put victim in tied up bed. They were in bakery back room we couldn't see what happening there. They won't tell me.
Thinking must be serious if need that many cops show up unless police are more aggressive because it's close to holiday.
So get any idea why keep closed? We couldn't order meats or hot food or even ask for special requests on cakes.

I know this gets brought up over and over, and I have my own feelings on this... I think over a certain age (let's say 30 for the sake of argument) it doesn't really matter. 30 and 39, ok. 35 and 49, sure. But under a certain age, it's dicey.
What are people's views on 21(F) and 30(M) For me, this is a tough one. At 21, you think you know it all, you're oh so mature and wordly. But then you hit 30 and you're like "man I was an idiot".
What do people think about power dynamics? The reason I ask...there was a situation between a friend of mine and a girl many years ago. She was temporarily homeless and stayed with him for a while. They both got drunk and fooled around, and then she accused him of rape. For the record, I believe him. I know him well, but I have been raped, so I do feel that I can judge him as "non rapey". He says they didn't even have sex. There's a lot of other stuff surrounding this girl (other people she has messed with, lied about - not specifically rape, but she sounds like a nightmare, and that's from other people). But again, I don't let that influence my thoughts because I have also been awful to some people in my life, but yes, I was still raped.
He was questioned by police but never charged.
Here's my quandary...while I don't think he raped her, I do think there's another issue at play here. Sure, they were "both drunk" but I have seen him drink A LOT of not seem remotely drunk. She was 21, staying at his place...chances are she got drunk quicker than him (he's 6ft 3 and she's 5ft 4) the whole thing just doesn't sit right with me. He can't even talk about it without getting defensive and shutting down the conversation and says "we were 2 consenting adults and we both had too much to drink". I remember being 21 - after being raped at 17, I found some situations with men so uncomfortable, I could barely vocalise what I liked in bed...if I was drunk and alone at their house, I would have (and have been) too scared to say no.
Thoughts?

This is for a lot of different things. I came across YouTube video talking about a TikTok about some soup that I think had chickpeas (or something like that) and there were comments about 'oh, but I don't like chickpeas, what about beans?' 'Oh, but I'm vegan' and it's just frustrating. Can't you just look for bean soup or vegan options? With the millions of hours of videos on the internet, how can you not find anything really?
Now, with clothing is even worse, there are tons of brands that are losing the flavour or whatever you want to call it in order to have everyone content, but I think is doing the opposite. What I want to say is, I'm a short woman (150cm) but if i see that there are brands that are doing jeans for tall people I won't be bothering the brand to make it more inclusive for me!! I'll look for one that i know can be for me, and the store that might be for me, could not be for a 190cm woman. I wouldn't be able to sell the fantasy VS does, I like the fact that those models are unreachable for me! It's completely fine if some makeup brand does not have my foundation shade, or a blush. For me, is like asking expensive brands their price more accessible so people can buy it. I cannot afford Gucci nor Prada nor nothing like that and it's not the end of the world.
Exclusivity is fine!

I played RDR2 a couple of years ago and loved it but I rushed through it and didn’t spend anywhere near as much time as I should have enjoying it.
I played RDR way back when and haven’t played it since.
I saw the two-game bundle was 65% off so I just bought it, but I don’t know which one to start with. RDR was obviously the first to release but RDR2 is a prequel.

2024.11.26 19:40 Delphox26 How much effort do I need to put into gaslighting our solo?
A few months back (irl) our party had an "incident" involving another edge runner crew and some US government officials. My character (a Media named Anole) gave the order to whack the US guys, because he had a major bone to pick with the US government (our campaign takes place in the free state of Alaska, so killing some agents of the US isn't as much of a death sentence. Our solo, with his low human perception and borderline cyber psychosis, took this as an order to kill everyone that wasn't us. In the end, only the other edge runner crew died (also our netrunner, which threw a wrench into our other plans)
A while later the player behind the solo decided to switch characters to a Sniper with the handle "SOB." To hook his character in, SOB approached Anole at the monthly night market to ask him to help find a friend of his that had gone missing, a woman known as "Sawzall." Said friend was one of the other edge runners killed by the previous solo - and by Anole's poor choice of words.
Being a conniving asshole, Anole has decided to frame the death of SOB's friend as a premeditated assassination committed by an exec that Anole fears and hates. To start, he used his conversation skills to cherry-pick some reasons that the corpo he hates (Elizabeth Conniger of AGS) would want her dead. He then library searched for some stories on the data pool that could suggest AGS has a habit of assassinating people they don't like.
The best piece of evidence wasn't even something Anole searched for: the crew just picked up a mission that happened to involve Elizabeth. Long story short: someone paid a few mooks to interrupt one of Elizabeth's business meetings. Lizzy, being the sick, twisted corpo she is, sent one of them to an offshore research facility and had him turned into a dog (as in, some scientists turned the poor guy into an actual golden retriever. Not a biosculpt, not a bioexotoc, an actual, full-on pet dog). And SOB was there for the entire mission, so he at least knows she's one twisted bitch.
What further steps, if any, should I take to ensure that SOB will believe Anole when he says "I've figured out the truth: AGS killed your friend Sawzall, and the best way to get back at her is to help me put Elizabeth Conniger behind bars for life!"
Btw, I ran this story of gaslighting and character betrayal by the solo's player ahead of time. He fully understood my character would do this, and agrees that it makes for a compelling story. We're in agreement of what we want out of the story, I'm simply trying to do my part as best as I can.
