I (18f) have been struggling for social anxiety for a while now and it's ruining my chances of creating relationships. Coming from my background I'm supposed to be confident and proud but I just can't feel that due to family putting me down and racist remarks from my old highschool.
I have been hearing that confidence helps take social anxiety away but I have been growing confident, wearing what I like. I think I look pretty. I guess it's just so fragile that it would hurt quite a bit of someone told me that I'm not (actually not too fragile. I would not really care but it would still hurt.)
Despite my comfortablility with myself, I just feel like my social aspects are growing worse, especially with guys. Through my four years of highschool I never had any male friends. And now that I'm at college I really don't want to repeat that again. It's easier for me to try and talk to girls but I still am very shy about it. I can't stand up to myself if there is a huge group of people. It just sucks. I want to be able to stand up for myself more, to be able to talk to people more comfortably, especially more with guys as the only way I communicate with them is if they talk to me first, and even then it grows dry cause I feel awkward.
I'm going to talk to a therapist soon but it's going to be a while. How do I even grasp the concept of going up and talking to people? They make it seem so easy but it's the hardest thing for me to do. Especially since those around me have no problem with saying what they want. Is there tiny steps I can take that won't lead me to a panic attack??

So a few years ago I was using my quest 2 on flights. Most flights it worked fine but then I got on one flight and when I tried to turn it on, I just got a black screen. After fumbling with it, I decided to just deal with it later and pull out the second set (I had two). Both were the same! It's only happened twice on flights, I tried to use it again on the very next flight and it worked fine. I've never been able to figure out what causes this, anyone know? Also does anyone know if that issue is fixed in the 3?

I haven't played any Stalker game but i have played EFT, with stalker 2 hype i want to first play stalker 1 and wait will stalker 2 is little more playable for me. So since I’ve updated my phone, I’ve noticed that sometimes after charging it it’ll still show that it’s charging even after being unplugged. Just now I noticed it again and I unplugged my phone over an hour ago. The battery is draining still, but it’s green and has the little lightning bolt symbol on the battery in the right corner. Has anyone else experienced this?
