I REALLY need advice. I had a super intense binge last night. One of my worst to date. I was in so much physical pain that I couldn’t take a full deep breath and couldn’t lay on my stomach. I typically have a soft stomach, but after last night my stomach is still hard as a rock. Like I’m not even exaggerating. I can knock on it and it doesn’t bounce like usual. Today I drank a ton of water, took medicine, and did a yoga class and orange theory class. But my stomach pain/bloating hasn’t gone down. Any suggestions on where to go from here? I’m scared and need some help.

 | I feel like I use a metric ton of insulin because I’m constantly chasing high blood sugars. I had to refill my mobi today after a day and a half because I go through insulin like water to a man in the desert! I had supper at 4:00 and my blood sugar has been 300 until almost 9:00. I’ve drunk a lot of water and nothing is bringing it down. I changed my site, too. So as my title says, I am in need of perfume recommendations. I'm trying to find a perfume that me and my boyfriend would both like on me. I'll wear anything but he's not a fan of floral scents at all. For wax melts he likes anything sandalwood, cedar, or musky/woody smelling so I'd assume he'd like those notes for a perfume. Hey everyone, looking for some recommendations for places I can take my dog for walks out of town. He’s afraid of strangers and so am I so walking in town isn’t fun for us and we’re getting bored of our usual spots. He’s good on leash or off leash, doesn’t go after cows or wildlife, and is a hardcore sprinter-of-circles. I refuse to take him to the dog park due to many reasons.
