2024.11.27 02:39 BoysenberryTrue1360 Looking into Unifi for a commercial building. Assume I know nothing about routing; if I get a EFG at my MDF would there be a need for something like a UDM at my any of the IDFs for any reason?
More context. We have an auditorium and the production guys are going to get some unifi gear for the sound booth and stage and they were going to get a UDM, but if I upgrade the whole building to Unifi would the sound system need that? For even mlde context we might look into adding a NVR, Access Control, and Talk as well and long term might add digital signage and a NAS as well. Would just a single EFG handle all that, provided I have enough switches? Or do I add UDMs at IDFs to reduce any load the EFG would be trying to handle?

i'll add that on top of that, i hate pvp. I'm a big pve player. Would i still enjoy the game ? Will i feel left out and miss major features if pvp happens to be central to the game ?
I see the game is not free, but i see no mention of a monthly paying fee. Does that mean the game include a cash shop, that includes gameplay-affecting items ? Does endgame only feature harduous grinds that are made easier by cash shop items ?

The perfect avalanche airbag for splitboarders does not exist. Please convince me otherwise. The ortovox free ride/tour series might be the closest. I currently have a Jones descent 32L pack and it’s great. It was clearly designed for splitboarders. Things I love about it: the (stoweable) helmet carry, two options for splitboard carry (though I tend to use the a frame the most) hip pocket, separate compartment for avy safety gear, and the top pocket for small stashing.
I know there is a RAS version of the descent to work with mammut’s airbag system, but I want to get an electric fan airbag not canister based.
The ortovox seems mostly aligned with all the features I like plus comes in a short torso version which is perfect for me (small female), but it doesn’t really have any splitboard carry option. They have this diagonal sling that even a single split ski couldn’t fit through.
Has anyone found something that works well for them?

Who makes the best Thanksgiving leftover sandwich? I really only know of 4.
Jaime’s on Broadway makes one that’s amazing but they usually only have it on the menu for a few days.
Mendocino Farms has one… my buddy had it today and said it was really good.
Firehouse Subs has one but that’s sort of a chain like subway and I don’t know anyone that’s had it.
Starbucks makes one that’s actually pretty good.
Are there any gems out there that I’m missing?
