I have a cycled and 2 year long established community 75g tank which has just had most of residents relocated to a new tank. Leaving behind the rams and plecos to keep the tank cycle going. After a month of waiting, I added some EBAās from my LFS and began the work to turn into a South American Cichlid tank.
It currently is home to:
1 Adult German Blue Ram 1 Adult Gold Ram 2 JuvenileBlack Rams 2 Juvenile Blue Phantom Plecos 6 Juvenile Electric Blue Acaras 1 Juvenile Green Severum 3 Adult Left over mystery snails which are soon to be eaten lol
My concern is being overstocked leading to aggression toward the rams. Any thoughts?
Iāve been considering moving them back I. With their community tanks mates from before and getting a different cichlid like a keyhole or maybe another Severum like the super red or spotted gold Severum.

I (21 F) have had a copper IUD in for about 6 months. Iāve noticed very heavy periods since Iāve got it, accompanied by very severe cramping. Other than that, itās great. I had a medication abortion on April 12th 2024 and then got the IUD (Mona Lisa) inserted on May 7th 2024. I have never had an STI. Lately, myself and my partner (21 M, together exclusively for 2 years) have noticed that during intimacy I smell very irregular (We generally have unprotected sex with my IUD being our main form of contraception). When I first noticed it a few weeks ago, I smelled very fishy and almost like bleach. I had an incredibly excessive amount of discharge. I thought it was because I wasnāt wiping well enough after peeing or my hygiene was poor. My partner made a comment on it. I thought I had Bacterial Vaginosis and thought that we probably should start either pulling out or wearing condoms. I opted for condoms as I thought that my PH level was off and that by using condoms it would help reset it. The smell went away kind of, but a new smell came. It smells like copper or metallic. And Iām not even close to my period. Itās VERY metallic and almost sweaty? Iād say musty is probably the right wording actually. Metallic and musty. I drink a lot of water, I have no health conditions, I have NEVER smelled like this. I am on no medications, I donāt do drugs (except for nicotine from vaping) and I eat as clean as possible. Iām really concerned. I know I need to go to the doctor but she (my gynaecologist) has been booked solid and the earliest I can get in is December 19th. I donāt know what to do. Any advice? Itās gotten so bad I can smell myself through my clothes at work and even when I sit down.

hi, iām a new server owner and i donāt know where else to get help but here. one of the old co-owners in my server banned my friend a while ago because of a simple argument. it happened around a month ago and i unbanned them immediately but a few days ago they tried to join back into my server and it says they still are banned. i checked the audit logs and the bans tab in user management to see if my friend was still banned and it showed they werenāt banned but they canāt join still. i asked my friend if they had any other alt accounts and they said that they didnāt so i doubt thatās a possibility.
i was wondering what should i do? if there isnāt much i can do should i go and contact discord support? how do i do that? (sorry for asking a lot of questions, im still very knew to managing a server.)

Hi, looking for guidance on the results of my core needle biopsy. I'm 25F, my aunt on my father's side has had breast cancer but other than her no family history. On November 5th I had an appointment with my PCP to check out a hard lump in my breast that I felt when I was laying down in bed a few days prior. After she confirmed that she felt it and that it was large, the reality of it actually being confirmed by a medical professional hit me harder than I thought it would. I was luckily able to schedule an ultrasound and mammogram for that same day. Here were the findings:
"a 21 mm x 7 mm x 8 mm irregularly shaped, hypoechoic mass seen in the right breast at 5 o'clock, 6 cm from the nipple."
The mass was given a BIRADS 4 rating (no subgroup) and I waited for two painfully slow weeks until I finally had my biopsy on Friday. I was worried about a longer-than-usual wait for the results because of the holiday but to my surprise my doctor just called me this afternoon and told me that the tissue biopsy came back as an intraductal papilloma. Yay?
She assured me on the phone that papillomas are benign masses but that they sometimes (rarely) conceal or contain malignancy, so she is referring me to a breast specialist who I will meet with about my next steps. After briefly reading on intraductal papillomas it seems like masses larger than 1cm are often recommended to be removed to ensure that they are benign. The other route seems to be that I get an MRI and the doctor believes it is best to leave the mass in and continue to monitor it closely. It feels strange because while this is the benign result I have been hoping for I am still somewhat concerned? These are the doctor's notes on the biopsy results:
"COMMENT: Confirmatory immunohistochemical stains were performed (medically necessary, block A1). CK5/6 is positive, p63 is positive on the myoepithelial cells, and estrogen receptor is positive on 40% of the nuclei, moderate intensity."
After reading about p63 and CK5/6 positive, these both seem like potential indicators of malignancy? On the phone, my doctor said that there is a 2% chance that the papilloma could be malignant, but that at my age its even less likely.
Does anyone have any insight on the CK5/6 and p63 positive readings in benign masses? I feel so unequipped to interpret these findings. Also- If anybody has had a papilloma removed I would love to know how it went and what to expect from the consultation/surgery. Any advice or support would be greatly appreciated!! I have been lurking on this group since my first appointment and the wisdom of everyone here has already helped ease my mind tremendously.
