Has anyone else had difficulty obtaining a federal work study position? I've probably applied to like 20 positions, and have either been rejected or just never heard back from all of them. I've been frequently checking and applying to positions throughout the semester, but have not landed a job. Would it be more beneficial to look outside the university and try to work retail or something?

Leagues is jusr RS3 for people who don’t like RS3. 99’s take no time, relics are auras basically. Leagues is still a lot better than rs3 and more fun. But as someone who left rs3 a year ago and talking to my old school bros, the way they talk about it is similar to how I talked about rs3 when I was a lifer :p might just be my perspective but I figured I’d point it out since a lot of ppl have switched to osrs in the last 3 years.

The Allahabad High Court has asked the Union Home Ministry to take a decision on the representation filed by a citizen raising questions about Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's Indian citizenship.
A Bench of Justice Attau Rahman Masoodi and Justice Subhash Vidyarthi directed that the government should inform the Court about the outcome of the representation on December 19.
The Court passed the interim order on a plea filed by one S Vignesh Shishir who has sought a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) probe into Rahul Gandhi's citizenship.
The petition filed by S Vignesh Shishir (petitioner) recounts that one VSS Sarma had sought details about Gandhi's citizenship from the British government in 2022.
The petitioner added that after he requested for such information, Sarma shared confidential emails he had received from the government of the United Kingdom (UK).
The petitioner has alleged that these emails indicate that Gandhi holds British citizenship. However, the plea adds that due to data protection laws in the UK, the authorities there have declined to reveal complete information without a signed letter of authority from Gandhi.
A similar plea concerning Gandhi's citizenship has been filed before the Delhi High Court as well by Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Subramanian Swamy.
The Delhi High Court has indicated that it would hear the matter only after ascertaining the status of the plea before the Allahabad High Court.
Article 9 of the Constitution of India says, 'No person shall be a citizen of India by virtue of article 5, or be deemed to be a citizen of India by virtue of article 6 or article 8, if he has voluntarily acquired the citizenship of any foreign State.'

I have so many guilt feelings about being resentful with him for not preparing us for this. Can I love him and still feel this way? I would give anything to have him back. I pretend he is not dead most of the time. I talk to him in my mind while I do stuff. We didn't have much in common, we bonded over not many things but one of them was food. I love cooking and pastry, so everytime I make a recipe, I talk to him in my head (and a lot of times it ends up being out loud) about what I am doing. Then at times reality hits. He is dead. We will never have this conversations made up in my head. I will not get a second chance to grow our relationship, to tell him the uncomfortable things to say. I made my mistakes as a daughter, and now I can't go back in time. I am almost 25, but still feel like a kid. I don't know how to be an adult, and suddenly I have to figure it out. I cannot stop wishing I had a real adult in the picture to tell me what to do, to support me. And I cannot help but feel resentful. For not letting us a family, for choosing a drug addict as a mom who is not in the picture. For having not one, but 3 kids with her. For not planning our future. For not leaving us a single cent. For making me responsible of paying rent and feeding 3 growing boys with my cleaning job all of the sudden. I don't know how to deal with all these feelings, if it is right or normal for people in my situation to feel this way. And I have to pretend nothing is happening most of the time so my brothers don't get scared. But just like the feelings, bills pdf pill up on my phone and so their needs, and no amount of overtime seems to be enough. I see no light after the tunnel. I just have to hope it will get better. But it is really hard when you don't know how you will put food on the fridge the next week. How can I no feel resentful? Leukemia I hate you.

Hi people, I see a lot of posts in this sub to spit at Indians, maybe there are other races being spat at and I didn't notice because I'm indian. But some of the posts are obviously made to insult Indians. Why do you people hate Indians so much? Did someone do something to you? Or someone close to you? Or is it like "they hate , I hate" kind of situation? From what I understand only Malays are native to this country. everyone else are migrants. Who benefit from spreading this hate? Like those news from India, it doesn't mean anything to the people here.. but just bring up here to laugh at a particular ethnicity? Why?
