Immediately following the 341 meeting, I began gathering the additional documents requested by the Trustee, and also re-sent several statements that were previously provided to my attorney in preparation for the Meeting.
The only statement that was not sent to counsel prior to the verbal order of ten (10) days given during the Meeting, was sent to counsel on September 19, 2024, at 10:11 a.m., and within the Court Ordered ten (10) days stated in Doc.22, Order Granting Trustee's Motion for Turnover, dated September 16, 2024.
We were assured all documents had been provided to the Trustees Office, yet on October 15, 2024, I have discovered that the Trustee filed a Motion for Extension of Time to File Complaint Objecting to Discharge, it states "Debtor has failed to comply with the Order Granting Motion for Turnover (Doc. 22)."
Both my husband and myself have contacted our counsel, but they state all documentation was timely turned over to the Trustee. If that’s true, why did my discharge date get pushed back from 10/16 to now 12/18?
QUESTION(S): 1. How bad of a situation is this, realistically? 2. Is there a way to provide the documentation that has been requested/ordered to avoid further delay and/or possible dismissal? 3. Would requesting our attorney to withdraw their appearance have any effect at this point?

Morning!
I'm tryin to get into masters programs in field like cyber security or at the very least accounting. The thing is my undergrad is in Law, my_qualifications BALLB, thus unrelated to masters I'm going for.
Now, when i visited a consultancy, a very reputed one, the guy handling my case just told me that i would not be able to cook up a good Statement of Purpose or that i would have visa issues while switching field for masters program.
The thing is consultants only say this for IT related courses even when the program requirements are bachelors in any field and not specifically a related to IT field. Somehow, they recommend me very generic unemployable programs like masters in International Relations or MIM or Public Policy etc. these programs would get me nowhere. Also, they would recommend me generic business courses like MIM or masters of Commerce and maybe shy away for accounting and finance.
And the thing is that I am aiming for countries like Australia and it seems that it is absolutely necessary to go through a consultancy for SOP, Visa and before everything else to secure an admit.
Anyone facing the same issue?

Hi everyone,
I’ve been exclusively pumping for 11 months, but my supply has recently dropped even though I haven’t changed my routine. When I hand express, milk sprays out, but my Spectra pump doesn’t seem to get it out. Could the pump be losing suction after this long?
Also, one side of my breast feels hot and painful when I massage it, and milk does come out from that spot when I press. I’ve already changed all the pump parts and rechecked my flange size.
Any advice on how to get the milk flowing again?

Good day fellas, I bought two Startech 10 port Industrial usb hubs and it doesn't come with a power supply. It says it can take 7-24 vdc power. I have a Meanwell 350 watt, 24 Volt power supply lying around and was wondering if I can use that?
Since its 24 volts, wont it fry any 5v device I plug in? Also, I'll be using one Meanwell power supply powering both Startech usb hubs. Will 350w be fine powering both?

I've had that feeling here lately. I'm sure you all know what feeling I'm talking about. Anyways, he was in the restroom taking awhile. I have his tiktok account on my phone. He doesn't know I do, even though he gave me permission to have access to his things.
Anyways, while he's downstairs in the lounge area, I was busy upstairs (wrapping our sons few christmas presents) I notice he's been down there awhile so I check his tiktok watch history. Barely clothed women twerking, flashing the screen, basically soft core porn. So I go over to his search history and see he searched for a keyword to make those videos pop up.
Then, he deletes the search and the videos and comes out like it's normal. Him deleting the videos proves he didn't accidently click on that word.
So, I will be contacting a lawyer to divide up our assets. We have a child, but I'll manage. I won't let my son think this is how women deserve to be treated.
His nasty addiction blindsided me. Let's see how blindsided he is when is served divorce papers. That's all.

2024.11.27 05:40 Mokachiny Satsuma leaking coolant like crazy
So i've got this problem with my satsuma. It went from full coolant to about half after a short trip from teimos to disco. However here comes the catch. The car has a brand new head gasket and water pump(all bolts tightened) with all the hoses also tightened all the way. Fun part is that the pressure in the cooling system is going all the way to 14 psi when filled to the max. I should also add that there shouldn't be anything broken, since i passed the inspection right before going to teimos. Thanks for any advice in advance
