I saw this anime probably circa 2012 - 2016 is my best guess but am unaware of when it came out so keep that in mind.
I believe it was an English dub (could have been subtitled tho) and this specific part of the story spanned two episodes I think.
The main character(s) go to an island where there is a group of children and one older man. Pretty sure at least one of the MC is a male who go to the island. The older man is experimenting on the children and ends up giving them powers. I believe some have wings and some can produce sonic waves from their mouthes. I believe some kids may have even died as a result of these experiments.
The ring leader of the children is an older girl, she may have been the one to kill the older man.
Also by older man I believe he was in his grey or white hair stage but this may not be accurate as I watched it so long ago. He may have also been called professor or doctor or worn a lab coat sometimes.
Kind of remember them (the children) mentioning teeth once or twice as well maybe they were just at the age to lose them or there was some plot point with them I have no idea.
I remember nothing else of this anime just this specific episode.

Ive just downloaded steam 2 hours ago Ive downloaded world box which is native to Linux and the game shows running but it dosent launch anything? or show anything and then closes the game and sometimes uninstalls it from my PC im so confused why it does this? ive tried other games i get the same issue besides one and thats it.

I’m extremely worried and have constant panic attacks. For about 2.5 weeks, I’ve experienced a persistent headache on the top left of my brain on and off that throbs. During the day, I forget about it but when I’m at home laying down or even just sitting I notice it’s constantly throbbing. It’s not a debilitating migraine either, it’s just a sensation that feels dulls and pulsing. I’ve been worried it was a brain tumor. I went to see a neurologist yesterday and she didn’t seem too worried, but she did order a CT (in a few weeks) if the prednisone she prescribed didn’t work. I still plan to do the CT scan because of my health anxiety. As of tonight, my lower left back is sore and causing pain and parts of my body feel numb. I feel like my body is failing and I’m terrified.
