So my doctor wants me to consider using gummies and I’m a bit anxious about it.
I’ve had some horrible anxiety/paranoia from too much THC recently but get through it knowing that it won’t last very long. However the doctor has told me to be careful with gummies because the effects can last 5 - 6 hours!
He hasn’t actually told me which ones he’s thinking about yet but says to start with a very small amount and see how I go. I’m feeling really nervous about being stuck in a state of paranoia for so long.
Any helpful advice, thoughts, tips?

2024.11.27 05:40 SurpriseGmg Am I just stubborn or is Blender 3.6 easier to use than the Blender 4 releases?
I feel like a lot of Blender 4+'s changes aren't really things that I need to use, so I keep ending up stepping back to 3.6 after trying them out. A couple other things that bothered me were the fact that they changed how Principled BSDF works (as every old tutorial uses the original layout), plus the fact that pretty much all of my pre 4.0 projects have broken rendering (in both Cycles and Eevee) when opening them up in 4+ due to the render engine changes.
What I suppose I'm asking in a roundabout manner is: Is there any reaaaal benefit to me moving up if I'm comfortable in the current version? Are there anything new that I'm really missing out on not integrating into my workflow? I'm up for having my mind changed, honestly.

Hello, 21 (M) here. As you can see, I have fair skin with very visible redness with bumps. I occasionally get whiteheads as well. And, harder to see but it looks red underneath my skin and not out the outer layerI’ve had this issue for awhile now, maybe 2 years, and haven’t never taken it into consideration until now. I generally have pretty dry skin mainly because when I was 15 I was put on accurate for severe acne as it does run in my family. Ever since then, my skin quality has dipped down immensely. I have a very simplistic and probably lackluster routine. I don’t wash in the morning, I splash with water and moisturize with cerave. At night, I use cetaphil gentle cleanser then moisturize with cerave again. I don’t scrub and I make sure to be gentle when I apply everything. I have been trying to cleanse less too not really too sure if that’s a good idea but it feels like it dries my skin out too much. Additionally, cerave has the tendency to burn/sting my face after applying. So I’m thinking, maybe this is acne, rosacea, or dehydrated skin, damaged skin barrier, etc, anything. And, is there any sort of remedy for this

Last time, they gave the first spoiler 9 days before the start of the current season (that image of the king's tower in the sniper's sight).
Will it be something so spectacular that they won't give any spoilers? There are children crying here at home because of it, people here are going crazy. Will they give the first spoiler this week?

However, I would like to know: if the contract has multiple milestones and only the payment for the last milestone falls within the last 30 days, can the client still dispute the entire contract (including all previous milestones, even if those payments were already withdrawn)?
Additionally, does the same rule apply to bonuses? For example, if a client pays a bonus on a closed contract, can they later use that bonus payment to dispute and request a refund for the entire contract, even if the last milestone payment was made more than 30 days ago?

Hi all. I have been having an unfortunate problem for the past few weeks, and I'm unsure how to deal with it.
Long story short, I am having a lot of trouble with bathroom visits in which I defecate/Number 2. I've always struggled a little bit with constipation, but I believe it is due to some new anxiety/depression medications I'm on that there are some new problems arising that I'm not sure how to deal with.
Number one is that it seems like my stool always goes to one extreme or another. Either it comes out in one VERY long snake-like piece that often clogs my toilet, or it barely comes out at all, in small irregular pieces that sometimes don't even fully exit my butt.
Either way, this creates another problem: wiping becomes a hellish affair. There is a lot left behind, and trying to wipe it all out often takes anywhere from 20-30 minutes. The toilet paper is often a little bloody after this too, which is unsurprising I suppose, given how long I've been wiping. It is a little hairy in that area, which I am beginning to think may contribute to stool getting stuck?
The best solution I've found is to go straight into the bath after going, which often alleviates the pain and helps clean things up, but this isn't always a practical thing to do, especially now that I find myself having to go more often than I used to (once every other day or so instead of around twice a week).
Does anyone have any advice on how to perhaps make my stool more consistent, or to alleviate the wiping issue? Anything helps, I am pretty desperate for tips here.

I have trouble looking at water (waves) , eye tracking, motion, etc.
I never wear glasses, but put on my old ones and they seemed to improve things quite a bit. I went and got contacts, and they are OK -- glasses seem better but less practical for my active lifestyle so I want Lasik!
Anyone here have issues with eye tracking? I feel woozy, lightheaded, dizzy all the time, I have felt the panic dizzy before during a panic attack but this is more regular. I feel it's hard to track moving things, watch waves in the ocean, turn my head while driving, etc. Some days I feel really lightheaded from it too. Dizzy, woozy, light headed like I am going to faint -- despite heart rate being normal! Been going on like this for 2 years, in 2019 I had horrible panic attack, the sudden curshing wave of anxiety that overtakes you, intense, but brief. Now this is much less intense, but far more frequent.
What helped? All tests have been normal...
It's not room spinning dizziness, more just a feeling of woozy, floating, motion sickness etc.

As title suggests, I have had fever since last 3 days. Unfortunately our family doctor is away on vacation so I went to a local doctor near mandpada road, but it seems that doctors medicines are not working. Also, doctor was chill consider I told him I have fever for two days.
If anyone can suggest me a good doctor who can diagnose me and give me treatment accordingly (and wont send me directly to hospital) it would be great.
I know a few doctors but all of those are ENT or chest specialist.
