Hi,I’m a college freshman, and I’ve just realized how stressed I’ve been—constantly. I’m struggling more than I ever have before. Don’t get me wrong, I know struggle helps us grow, but it’s overwhelming. I often catch myself thinking, “Wow, I have four more years of this.” I’ve always wanted to do something in healthcare and recently earned my Phlebotomy Certification to gain patient care experience during breaks. But the pre-reqs for PA school… they’re incredibly challenging. I struggle a lot with math and science, and this semester has pushed me to my limits. I’ve cried more since school started than I ever thought possible. Lately, I’ve started wondering if I should consider a different path. When I look at the pre-reqs for different majors, I worry that if I don’t get into PA school, my current degree (Medical Studies) might not lead to a stable career. That led me to think about Nursing. I know nursing isn’t an “easier” path, but the pre-reqs (at my college, at least) seem a bit more manageable—4-5 science classes, and I’m already working on one. Nursing also feels like it could offer stability, especially as a first-gen student. I wouldn’t have to second-guess myself about getting into PA school or worry about not having a career. This semester has been so tough that I’ve decided to seek therapy, which I’m hopeful will help. I’m just looking for advice or to hear from anyone else who’s felt this way.

I eliminated bread and only consume carbs post workout (blueberries with shake) my diet is borderline keto. 1 day a week (Saturday) I eat anything I want 2 meals out of the day. I also add fiber to every breakfast.

I’m about to buy a bounty hunter license and figured I’d upgrade to a more efficient weapon.
What I have now is the revolver and repeating carbine that I’ve had since start. I like the carbine, my style is usually medium range. So should I just upgrade to better repeating rifle? Just wanting something for general grinding, nothing super closer or long range?

Sorry for my english guy’s i know its trash 21/m Please someone tell me i’m not alone this ruins my life! I been dealing with this wierd symptom I can feel it randomly but if i take a deep breath/movesuddenly/sneeze/cough/banddown/.i feel is almost all the time Its a like a big squeeze or sharp i’m not sure it’s takes my bearth away i cant bearth for that second. I was in the emergency thy did ECG and blood test cane put good I’m dealing with anxiety and been dealing with panic attack for 5 years. My heart sometime feels like it’s struggle to beat/ sometimes beat fast. The squeeze happend me first time when i was 16 it happend really rearly back then now its a everyday thing please guy’s if someone has these symptoms tell me. So i know that i’m not alone. 🙁🙁 Thank you.❤️
