hi all!! i want to improve my - writing: script and titles - thumbnails - editing
and I think ruthlessly honest critique is an important part of that,
i invite you all to share some of these advice that was hard to listen to, but ultimately helped your growth!
for me one of them was that an aesthetically pleasing thumbnail does nothing if it is not clickable
people don't click because a thumbnail looks clean and polished, they click because the thumbnail+title made them ask questions that they NEED an answer to,
and that thumbnail design should be included in the video ideation phase
because great thumbnails cannot carry bad video ideas
also, what are some communities (subreddits/discords) I can join to receive more of these critiques?

Currently playing 5e. So, my players have come from a lot of time playing pathfinder 2e and we decided to try another system. They are complaining about how things like grapple and trip costs an action and how they fell like they have so few choices in their turn. So, i'm thinking in a way to let then do some things as bonus action to let the game flows better, but i also don't wanna let the game balance blow alway. So, you gotta any advice?
