I've spent 80 hours trying to understand this game, and I've come to the conclusion that it's just not for me. I bought it on release, played half way and abandoned it. But then I played Wo long and Stranger of Paradise and adored both those games and figured I'd give it another shot. But man I think I hate this game more than ever now. The stamina management, the damage, it all gets me heated in a way that's probably doing actually harm to my health.
I think I'm just gonna stick to wo long and call it quits with this game.

2024.11.27 06:24 JustinThatGamerDude Account On Hold for whatever reason. Been doing this for 3 months and have 0 rejections out of 658 submissions .

So, found out that my account was on hold a couple hours ago and already reached out using the chat bot. I don't do anything that's listed in the reasons an account would get banned (No VPN, never even been out of the county I live in (US), my PayPal is only linked to this one account, well over 18, ect.), so I'm confused as to how I even got dinged. I have NO rejections at all, and the only time I've ever had issues with a researcher is when they'd reach out and ask me to return a study (not outright banning me). The only issue I can think of is I did a study on my phone using mobile data while at the library passing time earlier in the day, but surely that wouldn't be the issue, right?
Seriously, am I screwed?

Bit freaked out about this water damage in the roof. Is this safe? We are doing an extension to the side of the house and some of the wall and roof is open (a good 6 metres from this spot) so not sure if rain is getting in that way or if there is something wrong with our evaporative cooling which is right near the water damage.
The house is essentially getting renovated in 3 weeks anyway but we have to live here in the meantime and this is right in the middle of the house. I’m wondering if it’s safe? It feels like it’s going to cave in!

I'm a PhD candidate in Queensland (cardiovascular medicine and cell biology). Ive passed my thesis defense and am awaiting graduation. For the past 3.5 months I've been sending out many applications to Industry and Government but haven't gotten any offers. Even for graduate positions I have been rejected. I wish to stay away from academia as I have been burnt. I have some awards to my name but don't really have any work experience to my name (I do some course tutoring). How can I make my CV strong ?While I will keep applying how do I break into the work force I am feeling quite demoralised.
Would love to hear some advice from anyone about what the best way is to just get my foot in the door at a job? Is it really a numbers game?

The argument i couldnt understand all these years. I don't believe he is evil, because:

  1. He saved the Reach just for their god. (And got betrayed after)
  2. I agree his "duel" with Torygg is false, he just killed him with slashes and shouts. But he did this to stop the tyranny of Empire and the dominion, so he can take control.
  3. He is racist, but almost all the races in Tamriel are. It's not special to Skyrim, maybe Argonians should have made friends with Dark Elves so they don't both come to Skyrim.
Overall I think he is a good guy with a good cause but with bad decisions.
