This is probably one of many duplicate questions. Maybe it's arrogant of me to say, but I think polygonal modeling is self-taught enough, but digital sculpting is almost impossible to self-taught myself. I didn't study visual arts (drawing, painting, sculpture, design, etc.) in college - more specifically, I didn't even go to college. Of course, the digital sculpting in this article focuses solely on human anatomy. Sculpting a photorealistic horse model might be quite challenging, but I'm not interested in that. Sometimes images are better at expressing and conveying thoughts than wordy text. The next few images from youtube and artstation show the artstyle which I would ultimately like to mimic. Despite the fact that the subjects are all animated characters, I still feel the need to study live-action human anatomy. It’s pretty much as the title reads is this legal. They aren’t denying me the time off for drill or giving me an issue outside of not letting me take any personal time off they are only allowing me to take military time off. Is this legal. Is there any laws or anything or anything in USERRA that prevents this I can cite. My employer is dope outside of this one thing and I’m hoping it’s something I can work out. If anyone has any suggestions or knowledge on the matter I’d appreciate it.

2024.11.27 07:30 hfigirkrvrfsjs Fiance woke up with the worst 'hangover', but starting to suspect drink spiking. What should we do?
My fiance and I have been travelling Thailand for the past 3.5 weeks. So far our time has been great, we have loved the country, culture and food! We are from Australia and are both 29.
Two nights ago (Monday night) we went out to a reggae bar. We started off by ordering a jug of Chang. I had about 1.5 glasses from the jug, with my partner having the rest.
We then ordered one cocktail for myself, and my partner had a gin and tonic. Shortly after finishing his drink my fiance started saying he wanted to go home. I was enjoying myself and asked to stay for a little longer, so we decided to have one more drink and head off for the night.
We then ordered another jug of Chang, where I again had roughly 1.5 glasses while my partner had the rest. We left for our hotel basically as soon as we finished our drinks. The walk back to the hotel was uneventful.
My partner enjoys going out with friends for a few drinks, and will often enjoy a couple of beers at home after a long day. My partner had a fraction of the amount of alcohol that night, compared to what he would on a normal night out with his friends.
The next morning my partner woke up with what he described as an intense headache, spinning head - he'd never experienced anything like this before. He had trouble balancing and was feeling nauseous, really just not feeling great at all. We had spent the previous day travelling and hadnt drunk as much water as we should have. We assumed that this, combined with the drinking alcohol, that this was a mega-hangover. I was feeling rusty, but after drinking a bottle of water I was fine and back to normal.
He spent the day hydrating - we drunk almost 7L of water between the two of us. He spent most of the day in bed, not feeling like he could get up and do much of anything else. By about 7pm there had still been very little improvement.
Waking up this morning, he is still feeling intensly dizzy and unsteady and still spinning when he moves too quickly. He says whenever he moves his head, sits down, or stands up, its at its worst.
He has had hangovers before, but never after consuming this (little) amount of alcohol, and never this bad. Is it possible he has had his drink spiked? What would be the purpose of spiking his drink, and why would they only spike one of us? Has this happened to anyone else?
Some other context that may be important is that on Sunday night my partner and I bumped heads while we were in bed. While he was plugging in his phone, I'd come up behind him to cuddle up. As I did this he came backwards, and my forehead collided with the back of his head. We went to sleep maybe 2 hours later. The impact was quite hard, though there are no visible signs of bruising on either of us.
He did not report any more pain after the initial impact, and we continued on with our day as normal, travelled to Krabi and went out for drinks that night. I am not sure if this is important or not as I would have expected some sort of signs during the day on Monday (day after we hit heads).
We have one week left in Thailand, but I am starting to consider cutting our trip short and flying home. We are due to check out and go to Koh Samui tomorrow, though I have not booked any accommodation yet. Do you guys think we should stick it out another week, or would it be safer for us to go home early?
Other maybe important info on my partner; 29 Male, of Jamacian and Irish heritage, 6ft3, about 112kgs. He has also been dealing with a kidney stone while we've been here, though he has managed that relatively well. Physically fit (has a removal business), little dad bod but a lot of its muscle.

Necesito ayuda con una situación bastante frustrante. Fui baneado de Fortnite hace años, y ahora mi cuenta está inhabilitada. El problema es que no me han explicado el motivo exacto de mi baneo. Mi cuenta fue robada en varias ocasiones, y contacté con Epic Games para recuperarla. Después de eso, me aplicaron un baneo sin darme más detalles, solo me dicen que el baneo está correctamente aplicado y no lo van a levantar. Sin embargo, no me han proporcionado ningún motivo específico y no tengo forma de defenderme.
He intentado ponerme en contacto con ellos miles de veces, pero siempre recibo la misma respuesta: "Tu sanción está correctamente aplicada y no será retirada". Y eso es todo. ¿Alguien sabe por qué ocurre esto o cómo puedo proceder?
Para dar más contexto, siempre he jugado en PS4 y cuando me pasé a PC, comencé a tener problemas de conexión y VPN. Jamás he hecho trampas en Fortnite. He estado jugando desde la temporada 1 y he invertido mucho dinero y tiempo en el juego, comprando skins y otras cosas. Incluso les pedí que revisaran mis estadísticas de kills, muertes, partidas ganadas y perdidas para demostrar que no hice trampa, pero no me dieron respuesta.
No descarto que, en algún momento, mi PC haya tenido algo extraño (posiblemente por el robo de cuentas), pero nunca usé hacks ni trampas intencionadamente. Además, tengo pruebas: en mi canal de YouTube y Twitch, donde realizaba directos, se pueden ver muchas de mis partidas, y todos pueden comprobar que jamás utilicé ningún tipo de trampa ni programa externo. Puedo demostrar con grabaciones y estadísticas de esas partidas que nunca hice nada ilegal en el juego.
A pesar de todo, sigo recibiendo la misma respuesta de Epic, y no sé qué hacer más. Me gustaría saber si existe alguna forma de tomar acciones legales, o por lo menos, que Epic me proporcione detalles claros sobre el motivo del baneo, para poder defenderme adecuadamente.
He invertido mucho en tiempo y dinero, y no quiero perder mi cuenta sin entender qué ha pasado. ¿Alguien ha pasado por algo similar o sabe cómo puedo proceder?

 | I was zoning out😂. I was like “Ok 60ml * pouring water *” “Oh damn I supposed to make koicha, not usucha!” And it’s already 45ml when I realised. So it’s not thick, nor watery. Just too runny for koicha. So I decided to pour it over ice cream. Affogato to the rescue! (One of Ippodo recommendations of how to enjoy Shoin no Mukashi) I had even made nerikiri—as Ippodo also recommends—a day before (not a proper nerikiri I know lol). And I really wanted to enjoy koicha with it. I tried this runny koicha a little and ate it with nerikiri. And wow, whatta good combo! Sadly the vanilla ice cream was too sweet, so it kinda dulled down the matcha profile. I prefer enjoying Shoin no Mukashi as usucha, and koicha with wagashi.
