Everything was okay but the missed the OLED display so much and the stylus was not very good (compared it with my roommates iPad air). Now I sold my OnePlus pad 2 for $350, and ordered tab s10 plus for $470 with trade 'any android tablet'. Hoping that the stylus and display will be good in samsung.

Hello, I wanted to share my current situation and get your thoughts on it. Also, if you have any referrals or recommendations for where I can apply for new opportunities or websites where I can find clients, I’d appreciate it.
I was recently promoted from HR Officer to HR Manager. My boss in the US gave me a raise from $6/hr to $8/hr and offered me the chance for flexible hours. However, the flexible hours have turned into 12-18 hour shifts each day. I’m managing three recruiters, each working different shifts, from morning to night. Two of them are relatively new (only about a month), so I need to support them during their morning and mid-shifts (PH time). My senior recruiter works the night shift, which coincides with my boss’s morning time in the US, so I need to be available for that as well.
I work from morning to mid-shift, and in the evening, I respond to inquiries and handle tasks assigned by my boss. Additionally, I have to attend client interviews, which are scheduled from 1 AM to 5 AM PH time. Despite the long hours, I’m still only being paid for 8 hours a day, even on weekends, and there are constant messages from my boss that create the pressure to keep working, even if nothing is explicitly asked of me.
I’ve discussed this with my boss, and he advised me to limit myself to 8 hours a day. However, given the workload, I’m not sure how to do that. I feel very tired and sleepless, and I regret accepting the promotion.
I can’t resign immediately since I live with my partner, and we have bills to pay, but I’m already feeling burned out.

I just got a Samsung S24 and this puzzles me a lot. I took both photos on "Auto Mode", one with Samsung S24 and the other with Samsung A52 (not the 5G version), respectively 12MP and 16MP. On A52 the photo looks more natural, whereas on S24 there seems to be more details but the colors are quite off.
Is there any way to make photos on S24 appear more natural/closer to reality?
