My ends seen so fragile and taily, this is a small section at the front of my hair, I had a trim 3 weeks ago and she cut into the ends by lifting it up and cutting into it at angles to take the weight out as I have thick coarse hair, but it just feels so sparse and fragile now.... what can I use to help this? I'm wanting it to grow but I feel like I've taken 2 steps back after this cut as I didn't want this cut like this.

2024.11.27 08:28 Super-Associate-4157 Should I buy a game with my current family situation?

So, my stepfather has a PS5 that I've been using for the good part of 3 years, and I even put on a game that I got with my own 60 bucks. I've been meaning to get another game for months, but my mom and stepdad's relationship recently hit a very rocky part (as I'm writing this it looks like they got back togetheare on seemingly nice terms but I'm not sure) and I've been recently allowed to go back to play ps5 and that's where the problem comes in, should I get the game now in hopes I can finish it before they break up again or wait till they get back together more stably knowing they might break up once and for all? Also, my step-siblings both roughly my age are going to move in with my stepdad (I don't exactly know when) and while my mom hasn't much of a problem with them, she doesn't like me staying alone with them because she believes I'd be disturbing them by hogging the ps5 for myself 2 evenings a week (I've asked before and they said i didn't disturb them) what do I do?

2024.11.27 08:28 Col0005 If precision attack is not an option are 2024 ranged builds really nerfed?

I've seen a lot of people claiming that the changes to SS/CM have totally nerfed pretty much all ranged builds , often while discussing the ranger class, but playing around with a couple of builds I'm really not seeing it.
The wild inaccuracy of SS make it a rather questionable boost without a reliable source of advantage (or to hit boosts) and once that's factored in the 2024 builds see roughly equivalent, and at some levels can be stronger.
What 2014 build can you make that in a 3 round combat blows all 2024 builds away (without using precision attack) against an average AC for that level?
Oh if making a 2024 build in response no use of CME or precision attack.

2024.11.27 08:28 ilyshk4 How would I actually disable collisions yet keep raycasting work? (Second post)

In my previous post I got a bunch of great answers, but unfortunately it seems they didnt solve my issue. So ill go into more details.
I have a building game where players build tanks that host a lot or colliders, and then later they will fight using cannons etc. So what Im trying to figure out is how to disable collisions completely yet keep projectiles hitting the tank armor. That will give huge performance improvement in tradeoff no collisions.

I did test both, but because of my fish memory I forgot if isTrigger actually helps and I cant check it again right now.
Ive also stumbled upon this bug report: https://discussions.unity.com/t/whats-the-reasoning-behind-raycasts-hitting-disabled-colliders/814744. That is the exact behaviour I need but it seems to no longer behave like that in unity 6.

Our fella is about a year and a half, happy and healthy dog, and we try to give him a wash no more than once every 1 to 2 weeks. The weather recently can best be described as dirty, and our dog LOVES to swim in rivers, sprint through muddy puddles, and dramatically dive into shrubbery while on walks.
I had to wash him three times in the last week out of sheer necessity, and I'm worried that if that becomes habitual then it might not be healthy for his skin.
How often do you wash your bordoodle? Do you use conditioning sprays or any other products to help keep them clean and healthy?

- vocab, are there any general patterns / rules of thumb to the vocab, like are there certain prefixes/suffixes that are must knows for example. (or do u js have to memorize the entire bank)
- poems, what do u do when you dont understand the poem, like at all, at that point what are you looking for? and when you kind of do but youre stuck between 2 answers, what are you generally looking for then? also generally when you read poems, what should you look for (like repeated words or a tone etc?)
- math, which i dont struggle with except where i get the easiest questions wrong, anyone else who also fails to read the question right or makes calculation errors, are there any habits that have helped in any way?
- focus, i have rly bad adhd so some days i can breeze through the readings and some days i am there sitting reading each and every individual word just to reread the same passage 15000 times without processing a thing. also sometimes, the smallest noises can really ruin my concentration (like the ticking on a clock or ac running). if anyone else also deals w this, could u lmk some things that help?
