Hello Fresh has sent me a few paper vouchers to "Come Back" -the same way they have done for a couple of years now- for returning customers like me.
These vouchers offer a discounted first box ranging from 50% to 58% off. I have used these vouchers several times over the years and they usually worked as advertised. There was one time it did not work but I started a chat and the rep fixed the price for me.
However, as of today all of the codes I am entering are giving me a 30% off for the first box. I have been on the online chat with a (fairly useless) rep for almost 45 mins and she says there is 'nothing she can do about it'.
Has anyone else experienced this? I find it very disappointing that they won't honor their own marketing that they sent by mail.

It might sound very dramatic but I'm not happy with anything in my life. Career, study, family, friends, love and on the top my financial situation. Coming from a poor household, I can't even ask for them to help. 4 months of home due rent, no food in the fridge, walking 1 hour from station to university cause I can't afford bus service. And it's been going on months. Getting rejected in every interview, no external help or scholarship. Even thought about prostitution, but couldn't make it. How am I supposed to survive? I've been calling god everyday, every moment but seems like he can't hear my prayers at all. I never asked for a lot of money, I wouldn't even dare. All I wanted is to live without stressing about bills. Last night I thought it's enough and I wanna die. Cause it's been so long and I'm still stuck in the same pit. Can someone help me? I really don't wanna d*e but I can't live this life either. Any spell would work for me if it can at least bring some money to pay my dues. I don't care if it's a good spell or bad. I just wanna live. It's getting harder for me...

Morning all. Just got done doing a bit of a tidy up of the special interests post.
If we have other posts where people show up who have nothing to do with uklaw and start trolling/spamming/conspiracy theorying or being bigots, please do make use of the report function to alert the mods. We can only do something about it if the comments are reported and we notice it...
We will spot stuff of course, but it makes it a lot quicker if you bung a report in. Just don't get a bot farm to try to spam report things off reddit like Bradstone Allington have tried (and failed) to do at least 3 or 4 times...

I'm doing some solo travel this summer (June and july) across Europe for the first time and I'm planning on mostly staying in hostels. I was hoping for this trip not to over plan and kind of go wherever as I feel it, but I'm wondering about how easy it is to get rooms short notice. I don't mind shopping around a bit to find a room, but do prices tend to spike when you're booking the day of or is it not too bad? I know I'm going during busy season, so are most places going to be booked up?
