I’m currently unemployed and focusing on building a new skillset that I’m passionate about, but I’m still in the early stages and not good enough to earn from it yet. In the meantime, I’m looking for ways to earn a small side income to cover my gym and diet expenses.
I don’t want to take up a full-time or even a strict part-time job as it’s tough for me to balance work and learning. Instead, I’m hoping to find flexible, small gigs that allow me to work on my own schedule.
Here’s what I can do:
- Typing work
- Basic design work using CorelDRAW and Canva
- Document formatting and editing in MS Word
- Simple video editing tasks in DaVinci Resolve
- Virtual assistant tasks or similar work

Advice on what to do
So my boyfriend and I moved into a 3 bedroom 2.5 condo at beginning of October. Shortly after, we decided to test out one of the showers upstairs and discovered a big leak that went into the downstairs main bedroom. 1/4 of the ceiling was wet, etc. The toilet upstairs also didn't flush well at all. We notified our landlord of course and she had someone come work on the leak and replace the damaged drywall in one day. He suggested to the landlord to have the toilet replaced but she said no at the time. The repair guy hasn't finished painting and now the toilet upstairs is leaking when in use. We just decided to not use the shower or toilet upstairs at all for now until the landlord takes care of it. We've been messaging the landlord asking when the job is going to be finished and all she says is she will have the repair guy in contact with us soon (she's been saying this for weeks now, it's been a month since he started the job). The repair guy hasn't contacted us at all since. She refuses to have anyone else come do the work either.
Is this considered an 'annoyance' repair rather than unhabitable since we still have 2 other working toilets and 1 working shower? How fast should this kind of work be done? Our last landlord always has someone out within a day or so and at least finished the job in a timely manner. Is there anything we can do to get her to just finish the darn job? 😩 We'd like it fixed some day in case we have a guest over, and also part of the ceiling in our bedroom is just non painted dry wall and a couple leak stains, doesn't look too great.
Any advice would be helpful..

2024.11.27 10:30 Dr_MilkmanPHD Special Kills LF Directed Past wave 15
I haven't noticed anyone mention it yet but. I usually get to wave 12 to start farming for my opal kills however, when specifically when playing liberty falls Directed I get to the LTG defense part.
Around that time it's wave 15 so the most possible zombies spawn. I noticed that manglers spawn during the LTG defense I've been doing that to maximize crits and failing the defense so I can start again next wave. I've started doing it to get my pistols opal because the Grekhova needed 10 mangler Kills and I was farming the GS45 at the time. So I killed 2 birds with one stone so to speak.
I dont know how affective it is compared to wave 12 mangler farming but I like this method more so I don't have to start over to farm another weapon. What do you guys think I'd love to hear your feedback.

 | Hallo Community, ich war gerade dabei den Strahlregler der Küchenarmatur tauschen zu wollen - es wurde mal Zeit. Dieser hat ein M28 Innengewinde. Dabei kann man aber nicht an der überstehenden Metallhülse das Werkzeug ansetzen, sondern nur der Strahlregler (Kunststoff) selbst hat dabei herausgestanden. Da das Material mit der Zeit nun schon etwas spröde geworden ist, habe ich nur noch eine viertel Umdrehung geschafft, bevor es abbrach. 2024.11.27 10:30 UncleSpanker True Crime newbie sharing opinion from the documentary
My sister is obsessed with true crime, I’ve never been that into it. I know this is a case that has really captured the fascination of many and I see that reading some of the messages on here.
So I want to share some thoughts from my perspective as someone who doesn’t work in law enforcement and hasn’t taken much intellectual interest in these kinds of cases before:
- The whole situation is incredibly damn weird. The idea that two parents from what seems like a healthy normal household would end up killing their daughter seems so crazy to me, but I know that it’s a thing that can and has happened.
What pushes me towards feeling that one of these things is more likely than the other though is that if JBRs parents had murdered her either accidentally or intentionally, why would they attempt to cover it up in such an insane way? Wouldn’t it be a million times more logical and believable to say she fell and hit her head or some other easily explainable accident that would have never drawn so much suspicion?
This just makes no sense to me.
- I see a lot of people asserting as incontrovertible fact that JBR was sexually abused prior to the night she was murdered. I’m not a doctor or expert in this field, but it seems impossible to me that you would be able to prove this. If someone could provide a very concise and clear explanation of this I would appreciate it, everything I’ve seen so far looks shaky.
- Adding on to the cover up, let’s say a fairly normal person like you or me accidentally killed their child and feared legal repercussions. Again, I would think most people would try to claim it was an accident. But even if you wanted to go with some other insane story, what kind of people would have the ability to abuse the body of their daughter the way they supposedly did as a cover up? This is firmly putting them into the category of being monsters.
- The child beauty pageant thing is a little weird but it’s something some parents are obviously into. One would expect that incidence of pedophilia is probably a bit higher in this group than the normal population but that definitely doesn’t mean everyone doing it is a pedophile. What seems more likely to me is that some pedophile who was exposed to JBR in some way became obsessed with her and ended up stalking and murdering her because of it.
The whole thing is just so completely strange you could put forth a thousand theories that would each seem equally likely and not plausible at the same time.

I’m so scared :( She practices occult/witchcraft stuff, I don’t believe in those things but still it’s weird as fuck because she might do something to me. Found out that she took pictures of me because I was just sitting down on my phone and she sent it to someone. That someone sent the picture of me to someone I’m close to. I confronted the girl and she said she thought I was being mentally ill just because I was sitting down and focused on my phone? I’m scared that she’s been stalking me at school. Ive been told she’s special needs and has ADHD. But ADHD is not an excuse because I know people with ADHD who are friendly and act what I guess could count normally; like they’re just super hyper. She definitely has other mental illnesses that I’m not aware of.
The thing is I fear she has more pics of me and might spread lies? I don’t even know what this girl is planning. She already has a boyfriend so it’s not that kind of interest, she’s just a complete weirdo. Also I’m only attracted to men, I’m uncomfortable with women. I don’t want to tell the admin or her parents because what if she lashes out and does weird things? I’ve only told my close friends. She seems obsessive so I’m super scared for my own safety.
