2024.11.27 17:50 farrah_berra I took a break for about a year and a half from Drs because of the constant disappointment and being ran around in circles
But the bullet and went back to a cardiologist in September. She was immediately going to write me off until I lied and said I wanted to have kids soon. She ordered 3 tests, all of which I had done about 2 years prior. All came back with abnormalities being “within a normal limit” whatever the fuck that means.
She tried to send me off today saying if my chest pain got worse to come back
.. I didn’t come for chest pain.. I came for POTS
I’m so tired of this shit. Is it time to just accept how we feel? I’m not doing this shit a third time

Pessoal, alguém recomenda algum curso técnico que seja útil tanto para o aprendizado quanto para o networking em Santa Catarina? Eu estou buscando algo principalmente relacionado à Engenharia e Arquitetura de Softwares, mas também me interesso por cursos mais voltados para novos negócios/startups tecnológicas. Por ser Pós, Mestrado, Extensão, eventos em geral, etc....
Eu trabalho com engenharia de dados (basicamente) mas o meu time é 100% remoto. Também fiz uma faculdade 100% EAD (no exterior) de modo que meu network na área é absolutamente inexistente. Tô querendo conhecer pessoas novas para trocar ideias, montar negócios, ou me envolver em aspectos da comunidade.

How do you feel when your partner doesn't follow his word? Venting cause it's been several instances that he says we'll call at a certain time but then misses it. Im extra frustrated cause im the one always adjusting my sleep to have a chance to call during the week. Today he said we'll call at 6-12pm his time so that's 12-2am my time. He was offering for me to not forcing waking up cause im still recovering from flu. Then when i woke up at 12:30 i saw a message saying he's still at work then when i asked if he was still at work but when i checked in, he said he brought his colleague to get a book and can call me 20 mins later. Im bit sensitive today too cause i got a bad news about my closest family.

For context:, I have ocd and everytime I go to therapy, I admit I go around the same thing, saying that I feel frustrated about the time washing my hands and etc. I know this part is my fault and I should do more to engage and not make it so monotonous.
But, I don't think my therapist makes it easier...
Like, she asks: "what do you feel about this?"
I say: "how so?"
She: "the question itself explains it. What do you feel about ocd and your life as a whole?"
Me: "I don't know... The response I have is that I feel that frustration and want to make new friends.." (at this time I genuinely try to think and she stares at me).
She: "I know it. You always say it. Give me another response."
Me:"Let me think..."
She:"This isn't something you need to think. This is what therapy is for. Expressing your thoughts spontaneously"
Me:" I just can't..."
She: "What are you here for? What do you do to stop being timid and have the ocd frustration?""
