There is a rather friendly stray cat that hangs out at my home. He has started doing things like rubbing on my legs and he lets my children pet him. I've been having everybody wash hands and change clothing afterwards just in case but my husband thinks this unnecessary.
I just don't want to put our own cat at risk of something like FLV or my dog or any of my family to catch anything. I don't know if that's even a possibility though and if so, what precautions to take.
Anyone have any resources you could point me to, or any proof one way or the other?

Estoy pensando actualizar mi placa y estoy entre la rx6800xt o la 7700xt. Me fije en Userbenchmark y no hay mucha diferencia entre ambas. Solo que la 6800 es mucho mas barata la cual la volveria mas accesible. El tema es que al ser mas vieja tengo miedo que se quede obsoleta en poco tiempo. Mi idea es cambiarla cada 3/4 años (en 2020 me compre la rx 5700xt). Con la salida de juegos pesados como el Stalker 2 y ahora en unos años (ojala meses) el GTA 6, tengo miedo de quedarme corto si me compro la 6800xt. Que recomiendan que compre?

Hello first I’d like to say I’m really bad at explaining so it might be a mess and I don’t know a ton about cars especially a Camaro, so you know how when you start a car your car dings if you need a seatbelt on or if the trunk is open? Well I noticed something else and idk if this is new or if it’s always been with the car because I blast music a lot but for example if I’ve been driving and then I get to a red light intersection or a stop sign and Im not moving and then the light turns green or it’s my right of way to pass on through then my car starts to ding ding ding for like a few seconds so quickly and I’m not sure why….. I dont have an engine light on, I dont have any signals or lights on except my headlights and whenever the car decides to randomly ding when I’m driving the car never tells me why. I do know in the past when I would have a passenger in the car that the seatbelt wouldn’t always buckle and therefore make the car ding but even when I’m alone it dings…. Maybe if I try buckling the seatbelt and unbuckling it again? Does anyone else get this? Or could it be due to the cold weathers where I live now that we get rain and snow?
I might have to edit this continuously to tell you guys any extra information I might have missed.

Kiddo does alright with appointments or an upcoming play date, or school meeting etc. But has always had issues if there's a big type of appointment in the horizon. We're good studying and all that but if we have to do a thing that requires travel, going outside, it just equates to freezing and procrastinating. Hi there, 16F been on Nexplanon since mid June this year.
Been loving not having to worry about pregnancy, the actual birth control works very very well. However, I can't really put up with the side effects anymore?
Main things being that Ive gained weight, I get so bloated after eating even 1 thing, my acne has gotten 10x worse, bleeding is impossible to predict, I'm incredibly emotional and cause of that I get so irritable and stressed and upset over the smallest things, causing me to lash out at people often being my boyfriend and I don't want birth control to ruin my relationship with him in this sense.
What's the best alternative for Nexplanon for someone my age? I'm not 100% on the pill, as I know I'd forget to take it. I really like the effectiveness of nexplanon it's really stress-free, but like I said it's hard to put up with the side effects mainly the emotional ones.

I posted about a bad experience with this program and they deleted it. I guess they hate feedback on their program, so I will rewrite it now. So annoying that they would remove this:
"Hello, I'm a teen almost getting out of school, and every single year they show us videos and ask questions on why we should help people who are on the verge of suicide. Now like a lot of other people in this subreddit, I have had a struggle with suicidal thoughts in the past, but they are long gone now. When this time was happening, This is the same exact time Acceptance Commitment program started. I thought this program would be great for me, but it made it harder for me, and hurted me more than it helped me.
When I had to talk to someone, they said part of the program was to tell us what's wrong, so I did, some little parts I kept to myself, but thats fine. When I say I kept some parts to myself I don't mean I took big chunks out of the story, It was like tiny little details, and they somehow noticed that, and they asked me to tell them what it was. They ALREADY had the full story but needed this little detail, I kindly said that I would like to keep it to myself, but they kept pushing, I was angry in my head but I didn't say it. Long story short, I found the person who would "help me" yelling at me for not giving them this detail. And it hurt me a lot. Then they kicked me out of the program where I had to seek a actual therapist who would help me, and that person helped me, and this program made it worse than it shouldve been for me, I'm wondering, because I found this subreddit, why are they going to advertise that they will help you if they just made everything worse?"
