Hi, I've been a "computer musician" for quite a while and I want to buy an analogue synth to get some hands on control of the sound I'm producing. I would describe my music as a one night stand between Taylor Deupree and Elliot Smith. I'm probably not a good enough keys player to get any gig work so not being able to recall 80s pads on demand isn't a big deal for me. I'm interested in the Matriarch because of its shared history with the Moog modular stuff, but I am worried that I'm putting too much faith into the paraphony and I'll be getting frustrated. Any advice/ experience with the synth would be appreciated! (Before someone says, I am not interested in the muse, it's too expensive and I think it would be too big to take on the metro to shows)

I gut my Alpha Mini and GT Neo today. A reason I got the GT Neo was because of the Simhub Integration but it seems like I have to connect the wheel via USB at all times for it to work?! I'm running out of USB-ports and I dont want a cable attached all the time, especially because I use it on a Simagic base. Is there a way to make it work without a USB cable?

I've been in a long distance relationship for a year now. He's always been really bad at texting. I told him how much it bothers me and he promissed to change and even apologised to me. Every now and then he goes back to this old habit of his and i try to brush it off. It has now been two weeks since he last called and one week since i last texted him.
