I did something that I wanted to avoid when attempting erp. It feels like I don't even have ocd because ocd overestimates threats, and if i did what i wanted to avoid then this can't be ocd, because I underestimated the real threat
I struggle with Scrupulosity, but I'll give a fictional example of something similar:
Imagine having harm ocd and causing harm in an attempt to do erp. I did an equivalent thing in my religious ocd.

Hey guys, so I saw Mason Bottle baby bottles recommended on this sub, and decided I want to use these for my baby. My only fear is the plastic lids for the storage. It claims to be toxin and chemical free, but the idea of using "plastic" lids for milk and food storage still gives me pause. Is there any other lids you have found that would work for these bottles or am I just overreacting to the word plastic? Thanks!

Alright so I know this question is super random but I am actzally genuinely curious and don’t mean this as a joke. Obviously, most or at least many people on this sub are lesbians (I am bisexual myself) but observing this phenomenon of unicorn hunters has got me thinking and I thought people on here might have some good insights. So basically it is common to see M+F couples (even just friends with benefits) looking for another woman to join them while it is RARE to see two women looking for a man at least from what I’ve seen. What do you think are the reasons behind this? Something is telling me it might have something to do with the women in those couples doing it “for” the man or like “defering to the patriarchy” but I might be completely wrong. What are your guys thoughts?
