Basically, I'm wondering if something like the Reliant Sen is going to have a fancy-shmancy thingamajig to make science happen (and this is the only way to efficiently "do science"), or if it's "possible" / more economical to utilize the improved radar system in, say, a Zeus ES, and install some kind of as-yet-unreleased "science module".
It makes sense to me that an explorer-class ship would be considered a cross explorescience platform, with the inclusion of certain equipment, like specialized "science" sensors in lieu of a "military radar", and/or some data storage thingies instead of turret-blades or whatever.
I'm rambling. Hopefully someone else here is having similar thoughts.

Hello! I’m 25f and moved abroad a while ago, here I don’t have friends and feel alone sometimes. I try doing some hobbies like journaling and listening to music but sometimes I still feel alone. I don’t have many places to go around my house and my roommates are very busy too. I am also busy with studying (I’m doing ms in cs).
I like drawing and painting, doing clay figures and doing art in general, even though I’m pretty bad at it! I also like listening to music and watching YouTube/movies.
I’m looking for a friend that is also a woman and around my age, as I feel more comfortable.
It would be nice if we could watch YouTube together or play some games together (minecraft, Roblox or Stardew valley) or we can just text if you prefer!

background - age: 26 / sex: biologically female (transgender male, i have been on hrt for just over a year) / weight: 116 lbs / pre-existing conditions (all diagnosed): GERD, IBS, dyspepsia, eosinophilic gastroenteritis, GAD, OCD, ARFID / medications: busprione 10mg 2x daily, quetiapine 25mg daily, xanax .5/1mg as needed, zofran 4mg as needed, prilosec 20mg daily
hello. i will just get right into it, i have been struggling with my stomach & mental health since i was about 8. i have been to dozens of gastroenterologists (including at mayo clinic) and have had four endoscopies. i do have some physical conditions but a lot of my stomach problems come from anxiety, which i am on medication to manage. i have a new recent issue which i need help with.
i am diagnosed with ARFID and am generally very scared/avoidant to food and always have been, since it has made me sick for most of my life. because of this i have also been underweight for the majority of my life. within the past year i made a big change to my life situation and have overall been much happier, and i also begun my gender transition, both of which have aided me in lessening my anxiety and allowing me to eat more. so far i have gained about 10-14 pounds which is great. recently though, i have been experiencing OVERWHELMING hunger. my hunger cues are absolutely messed up from my years of restriction, but this is a different kind of hunger? when i'm actually truly hungry, i feel it in the pit of my stomach, and i feel excited to eat. this feeling is much higher, in my chest, upper stomach, and throat/mouth. i feel overwhelming anxiety, nausea, my heart races, and i feel dizzy/faint. this feeling can happen even if i had just recently eaten a meal, within an hour or even sooner.
i suppose the obvious solution would be to just eat more or eat larger meals, but my stomach capacity is extremely small (also from my years of restriction) and my stomach muscles are also constantly "contracted" like a closed fist (this is how my last gastroenterologist described it), which allows for very little amounts of food at a time. if i eat too much food at once, i experience overwhelming pain and nausea to the point where i cannot move, which isn't ideal to say the least. the advice i have recieved all my life from gastroenterologists, dietitians, and nutrionists have been to eat several small meals per day, which has been working great for many years now. i'm not sure what i started doing differently to cause this.
my family/friends have suggested POTS, hypoglycemia, or thyroid issues could be the root cause to this hunger, as opposed to my stomach. i do have a doctor's appointment scheduled, but everything is so backed up that it's not until march, and this hunger is getting extremely overwhelming and intrusive to deal with. ANY advice at all would be so so so greatly appreciated. thank you for reading.

I stopped following Kpop around 2018 because of life reasons and I just recently got back into it. The little tidbits of drama are crazy to me. Chen got married and has a child?! Taeil involved in a sexual assault scandal?! These things are kind of old news to everyone now so I find one every once in a while and am mind blown. I also am not very familiar with the newer groups.
I saw a post the other day of a girl asking a similar question (with a different time frame) but lost it. Just catch me up— what else am I missing? What has happened? I will say that I did stay caught up on the Burning Sun scandal.
