Hey everyone, any $NNOX investors here? In case you missed it, there’s some good news — Nano-X just agreed to pay $8M to investors to settle claims over their FDA approval scandal from a few years back.
For those who don’t remember, back in 2021, Nano-X applied for FDA approval for their Nanox.ARC device, claiming it was safe and effective. But by August, the FDA requested more information, casting doubt on the application. This revelation caused $NNOX to drop nearly 10%, and investors later sued, alleging Nano-X misled them about the likelihood of FDA approval.
Now, Nano-X is solving the issue and paying investors this $8M settlement. So if you bought shares during that time, you still can file for payment, they’re accepting late claims. Check out the details and file for it here.

Every time they tell me “oh it’s fixed, we spent hours test driving it”, “we replaced every part it’s fixed it’s fixed”. I come today to pick it up and the odometer has increased by 3 whole miles….. listen to this…. I mean do I have a case for lemon law at this point or what?! I don’t understand how hard it is to fix a dash rattle, especially after 5 service visits!!!!
They’ve replaced my right tweeter,
dash instrument panel speaker grille,
package tray (and added foam twice),
readjusted door Striker,
new skid panel because it was hanging on delivery,
New steering wheel,
Seal lubrication on the drivers window,
Had to fix the rear taillight because it had a major gap on delivery
LED strip excess felt removal
Cabin air filter replacement as factory one was musty

Am I the asshole for wanting to break up with my girlfriend of six months? She often talks about how men approach her or flirt with her at work (she works in retail). When I brought up how it made me uncomfortable, she dismissed my feelings, saying I was being insecure.
One time, she went to a male friend's dorm after he won a race. I told her it was fine, but she stayed there for hours while I was at work. I tried not to overthink it, but it stuck with me. More recently, she accepted a gift from a random guy at her store.

I personally would choose Akali, as ninjas are cool. And, she is one of my favorites. I would start after she has left the Kinkou order. I am certain some of you got better reasonings for which champions you would choose. I am not a expert on Runeterra lore, so no doubt many of you will have better choices and reasonings.
